Ok, we gonna switch subjects this morning!!! All know how Ive been having so much chaos n tradgety lately, well to make a long story short, I need a new roof, Now granted, Ive been with the same homeowners insurance for 30 years n never made a claim, Mr Billy came over from Lafayette Roofing n spoke to me, me a woman, who knows nothing about claims roofs etc., he shook my hand n all the pleasantries, like he was talking to a man, he explained in great detail what was needed n what he was gonna do, remember hes talking to a clueless woman, boo whether we wanna feel we equal with men, we still have a long way to go, Mr Billy on the other hand, went way beyond to make me feel comfortable n understand just like he would have been speaking to Poppa Bear!! He has the patience of a saint, cuz hes had to talk to me on many other occasions! When a contractor can sit for more than an hour to explain to me the hows n whys n not get aggravated is a miracle! Mr Billy has gone beyond being a contractor n being personal to make me understand, he even called Poppa Bear to include him on everything! As for going the extra mile in courtesy won me over! Mr Billy is a very compassionate man n will work with u n will take the time to explain in detail what u need to know!! So with that being said, us women who dont quite know things about this, u can trust in the quality of Mr Billys work ethics!! So please if yall need a contractor for a roof etc., please call Mr Billy with Lafayette Roofing, u wont b disappointed, please share n tell them Lisa Marie referred his name!! God Bless n show this business some love n a lot of share! U wont b disappointed ❤️

I very happy to write a glowing review for LRGC. They did a superb job replacing our flat roof: they came with a big crew and worked quickly, leaving behind a super clean job site. And all for a great price. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgable and friendly. We had complete confidence when we hired them and we knew exactly what they were going to do. (And when a surprise situation came up, they walked us over, talked to us, explained what they were going to do, and didnt charge us extra for it.)

Contractor made an appointment for 2:00 however he never showed up. I called him an hour later only to be told that he was busy doing something else. He never did show up nor did he contact me to offer an apology or explanation.
