BEWARE!!!! Dont do it These guys will act extremly nice and caring, and then once paid it goes down hill from there. I spent almost 10000 on a brand new roof and have had nothing but problems. It leaked and they sent somebody out to bandaid it and now Im barely out of their measley 2year warranty (2 yrs 5mo) and my garage is leaking and in need of roof repair. They installed certain parts of the roof incorrect and will not stand by their sub par install. I talked to their contractor and he said sorry no warranty and we dont have people in that area any longer to look at it to see if it was our fault. They remind me of Locust, they will come to your city and have their nice seasonal saleman sell you and then leave town and guess what now you have to call the local contractor to clean up their mess! I recommend going with a local contractor that will probably give you as good of a price and stand behin their work!!!!!!

I am very pleased with my new roof, and with not having to wait days for it to be done. All the debris was cleaned up so well, that you would not have believed the roof had been changed that same day! The fact that Jasper sends the Ins. check themselves via Fed. Ex. saved me time and money. My neighbors who used Jasper were very pleased as well.

Beware. Jasper does not do repairs after your warranty is up. After two years you are on your own. After Isaac showed up a bunch of issues. Their response was we only do replacements. Find a roofer. If you want a company that will stick with you find someone else.
