My wife and I used them to install Gerard Granite Ridge metal shingles on our 45 square ranch roof as a deck install. This type of roof requires a different skill set to install then standard asphalt shingles since the shingles are metal. I definitely wouldnt want to use an inexperienced or corner cutting crew for this since theres a lot of critical details going on out of sight and I think the finish work is less forgiving then asphalt. If you get any of these wrong youre going to have serious issues sooner or later. Im very pleased with their installation. Ive had bad experiences over the years with some contractors in my job, the military, and other home improvement projects so the first thing I did was go to Gerards website and read the installation manuals and watched the installation training videos while I was waiting for our install date. Every day during the project I would spot check the crews work when they went to lunch and when they went home for the night. I couldnt find any place where they cut corners. Ive seen other contractors cut corners in areas as simple as not putting in the proper number of nails/screws. I once had a drywall crew wall a computer up inside a wall instead of asking to move it. Everything that I spot checked was installed to the manufacturers installation recommendations and requirements (in some areas they exceeded the manufactures recommendations). The actual roof looks great. If you didnt know it was steel you would think its just standard asphalt shingles. I was very fortunate to have several days of heavy and light rain starting at the end of the installation. It gave me an opportunity to inspect the attic for leaks and I couldnt find anything damp on the inside. If youre going to have leaks most likely its going to be immediately after the install or many years down the road. So the fundamental reason for having a roof and shingles appears to be 100% good. Some final thoughts on Tri-County. They kept a very clean work site. We had one day where it was pretty windy and some stuff blew into my woods and my neighbors woods. They tracked all the garbage down and got rid of it. No one had to ask them or tell them. They also did a nice job policing up their equipment, excess materials and nails every night so my place didnt look like crap even in the middle of the project and I was 90% confident I wouldnt pick up a nail in my tires. All of the employees spoke fluent english so it was easy for me to ask questions. They were all very nice and polite. This roof was more expensive. Its more time consuming to install and requires more skilled and semi-skilled labor. Im willing to pay for quality work and a quality product. Its too soon for me to say the product is quality but if there is an issue I wont be blaming it on Tri-Countys install since I verified they followed the manufacturers instructions. To sum up. Id recommend Tri-County. Theyre a little more but I think it was worth it for their crews skills.

I contacted Tri-County for a roofing quote following recent wind damage. They were one of three quotes I received. Branden suggested I see if my insurance would cover it. I had my doubts given the age of my shingles and their overall poor quality, but Branden got an adjuster out who examined the roof. Much to my surprise, insurance covered a complete replacement. The Tri-County crew just finished my roof and it looks amazing. The job was done in one day (house and garage) with lots of 12/12 pitch. My family is extremely pleased with the results and with the whole team at Tri-County. They went beyond the others and got insurance involved, saving me a ton of money and providing me with an outstanding, high quality, beautiful roof that makes my home look like it was built yesterday. I highly recommend Tri-County Enterprises!

I had initially called Tri-County to do some repairs on my roof. Once it became clear that repairs were half the cost of a new roof, and it would be difficult, if not impossible, to match the shingles, they suggested a full roof replacement may be a better choice. They werent trying to upsell me; they were legitimately looking out for my peace of mind and the value a new roof would have over a patched roof should I sell the house. Once I decided on getting a full replacement, they showed up and finished the work in less than a day. Not only is the work high quality, but they were careful to clean up afterwards - I havent seen a single nail or piece of shingle anywhere around the house. Their prices are reasonable, their people are great, and their work is excellent.

We were so upset to discover the roof leaking in our new home. We called several different roofing companies to come out and have a look and let us know if it needed to be replaced. While all were in agreement our roof & gutters needed to be replaced, Tri-County was the only one to provide numerous photos and a detailed report on the condition of the roof. We ultimately hired them to replace the roof and gutters. We were so pleased with all of their staff. They worked hard to get the work done in a timely manner while paying attention to quality. Afterwards they did an excellent job cleaning up all the nails, old shingles, etc. and someone even came out to double check the clean-up and our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Tri-County Enterprises.

Tri-County worked well with me and my wife to select the right quality and manufacturer of shingles for our house re-roof. The Tri-County team was helpful but not pushy in checking back as to whether or not wed decided to go with them. They scheduled my job at the first opportunity when the weather got warm enough for them to work and for the shingles to affix properly. They also did full gutter replacement for me and fixed some eaves that needed repair. I did call them twice to come back and clean up some very small areas of nails, staples, shingle fragments. If not for that, Id give a 5 star. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

Where other popular roofing contractors in the area came by and left an estimate without speaking in person, Rod at Tri County took the time to discuss my homes roofing with me in person, answer any questions I had, and explain his product at my level. His professionalism was above and beyond any home contractor Ive ever met. His crew did a quick and clean job of our 1,700sqft roof in less than a day. His crews team leader even took the time to speak with my wife before she left for work when they started the job. If I had to put a roof on another house in the area I wouldnt even call anyone else.

Tri-County did an awesome job with our new roof. We had hail damage that was covered through insurance - and it was a breeze working with Tri-County and the adjustor. When I left for the morning, the crew showed up, and they were gone before I got home. Super quick job, not a single scrap or nail to be found - did a great job with clean up. Working with Rod and Mitch was great, both very personable and had some great follow up. Would highly recommend due to their great service, prompt follow up, quick work, and excellent clean up!
