Keith and the Premier team did a great job for us on our roof replacement. We suffered storm damage to the roof of our house and two out buildings during a strong spring storm. We contacted Keith and he had someone out quickly to make emergency repairs prior to the next round of heavy rain that was coming the following day. Prior to making a decision on the roof replacements after the emergency repairs were done, we contacted two other recommended roofing contractors in addition to Premier for quotes. There was no comparison in the level of detail and communication Premier provided in their quote and the quote process compared to the competition. And best of all, Premiers quote was the lowest of the bunch. Premier is very professional in the way they documented the project. Everything was in writing and spelled out in detail. Their electronic documentation system made the process of reviewing and signing everything quick and easy. The shingle color selection tool Premier has on their website was very helpful in making the color selection. We felt much more comfortable with our color selection after seeing all the options on houses similar to ours. We wouldnt have had that same level of comfort if we had to pick based solely on small sample blocks. Keith was very open with us on the timing of the project - when they could start and how long it would take. They worked with us to make sure the timing worked for our schedule. There was a weather delay getting our project started, but they were able to get the whole job finished during the week we had scheduled. They even came out on Saturday to finish everything up so the project didnt run over into the next week. They did a good job protecting the areas around the house from roof debris, and the final clean-up was thorough. You couldnt even tell they had been there. We are very pleased with the roof itself. It looks great and has already been tested through several hard rains with no issues at all. We had the misfortune of having to deal with our mortgage companys loss-draft third-party contractor to distribute insurance proceeds to pay for the repairs. The seemingly endless bureaucratic hurdles we had to deal with from the loss-draft department was infuriating at times, but Keith helped us through it by promptly getting us all the documentation they required - all without complaint despite the ridiculous nature of it all. In conclusion, we would highly recommend Premier Roofing and Keith and his team. I highly doubt you will find a more professional, courteous and quality roofer in the area.

You get what you pay for!!! As a result of using a cheep window company 2 or 3 years ago, and the 1/2 gap below a bathroom window left UNSEALED by the owners nephew, I had to pay to remove the mold, then pay to put in a new floor and remodel my bathroom. Of coarse I used cheep contractors to do the work and the result was about the same, only this time the leak was coming through cracked tiles at the top of the window!! This was a result of a roofer who repaired my soffit and fascia, all the time knowing that I had issues in the valley on the roof. I tried from the end of October until the end of December to get the roofer back to stop the leak which was going to ruin all the work that I just paid for! With winter around the corner I went to the head contractor of the remodeling project, the same person who recommended the roofer, hoping to use his influence to "FIX THIS MESS!" Not a thing was done. After calling the Arkansas contractors licensing board I found out that residential work in my county didnt require a contractor to be bonded. They couldnt even find the roofer listed. Ive never been so frustrated and down cast in my life. Finally my daughter called Keith and asked him to please stop by my house and give us a second opinion. It cost me more than I hoped, but the truth is, it was well worth it! Keith is honest, has integrity, and the knowledge I needed desperately. He looked at my Video of the rain leaking through the cracked tiles, then went up on the roof and in 1/2 hr. Keith told me what needed to happen to stop the leaking. He had some one out as soon as I could sign the contract. He also fixed my shop roof that was left unfinished, and covered with a tarp, by the first roofer. All in all I paid Keith about 1/2 the cost of fixing what cheep, dishonest contractors, who have no conscience charged me! Its been 2 months, and Ive been repairing the shoddy work of the contractor who remodeled the bathroom. Heavy rain outside but not a drop inside my bathroom! Ill tell you another time about squirrels that set up house in my attic while my soffit and fascia were left uncovered!!! Long story short "you get what you pay for"!!!

The roof on my house suffered some major hail and wind damage recently, so I called Premier Roofing for a quote. Keith came up with a very reasonable price, and their web site was really user-friendly when it came time to choose a style and color for the new shingles. Other contractors couldnt begin the job for 2 - 3 weeks, but Premier had the new shingles delivered and began working in 5 days! And even though the temperatures were in the low to mid 90s during the 3 days their employees worked on my roof, they worked from about 7:30 AM to 8:45 PM the first 2 days. I couldnt believe their work ethic!! I was worried that cleaning up the huge piles of old shingles and felt paper would not be done completely, but the Premier employees not only picked up all the old materials, they also raked up the ground to make sure they collected the small pieces. I was amazed!! I was really pleased with all aspects of the work Premier Roofing did for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

I have owned my house for eight years now and the my neighbor told me that the previous owners always had to hire someone to fix the leaky chimney. She said they paid for it to be fixed at least 4 to 5 times within a 10 year period. I had a new roof put on it 2 years ago (by someone I found on Angies List) and the chimney started leaking, but when I called to take advantage of my 5 year labor warranty I was told they are out of business. I googled roofs and chimney and the first company that popped up was Premier Roofing LLC, so I looked all through their web page and came to a chimney gallery! Lindsey and Keith are so nice and respectful and Keith did an awesome job on my chimney. He took before and after pictures so I could see the work that had to be done and the finished product. His work is very clean and now I have a lifetime warranty on my chimney repair. They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny and they are available 24 hours per day 7 days a week.

My wife and I are first time homeowners in Cabot. When I found out that our chimney was leaking I called Premier Roofing. I really appreciate the service that Keith provided. He answered the phone when I called, he showed up when he said he would show up, and he did what he said he was going to do which was fix the leak in a timely manner. He replaced the chimney flashing first and ended up tracing the leak back to the grout on the top of the chimney. At no extra charge he came back and sealed up the grout. After the sealant cured we went on the roof together with the garden hose and he crawled up in the attic with me just to make sure. Keith and his crew are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. What I liked was that Keith took the time to communicate to me and my wife what the problem was and what he did to fix it.
