This company came recommended from a board member on my HOA so I decided to give them a try. I called for an estimate and was told it would be a week and a half just to get the estimate. I decided to wait since Premier South came recommended. I had to move things around to accommodate an early Saturday morning appointment and then nobody showed or even bothered to call. My son who had taken off work for the appointment lost almost two hours wages. I called in to find out what happened and to make matters worse had the privilege to speak with the rudest woman I have ever spoken with who represented a company. She wouldnt listen, cut me off and interrupted as if she had better things to be doing. An appraiser finally called to come back out but nobody even offered an apology nor even as much as a reason for not showing up or calling. What an lack of customer service and basic business professionalism.

Called several times, asked Jake for an estimate on shingles and a metal roof. He said hed get back with me, a month later.... He says get the insurance to price it. I call again, left a message. No return, so I called the main office, left a message. NO return call, must not need/ want any business!!! Ive got the money in hand, cant get anything out of them. hope this $15,000 wasnt important to you, cuz thats an end to "PREMIER ROOFING" in my book!!!!!

Great product, professionally installed and cleadn-up was superb. J. R. (owner) even was on the roof helping. Was totally pleased with the entire event.
