THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. PERIOD. Too bad I cant give them a negative or 0 star =/ They farm all work out subcontractors, they use peel and stick shingles-not normal nail on shingles (think stickers like your kids play with). Took months to complete the roof, gutters, and vents (3 sets of contractors), picked up staples and nails for months after, none of the roofers spoke English, left their trash trailer in my neighbors driveway over the weekend!? Put vents on roof but didnt cut any holes for the ventilation! Argued about work and then threatened me when I mentioned withholding payment until work was completed correctly. Never sent a paid receipt, wont respond to my insurance company to get proof of new roof. Just terrible. BBB does not tell whole story on these people.

This company couldnt have served my family and home any better! I give them the top rating you can achieve. Jacob Quick was my manager for a roof replacement and the roof is absolutely perfect. I think I may way too particular about the way my home looks, and this roof was flawless! The team did everything in one day and took care of screens etc. perfectly. I felt that Jacob heard all of my concerns without judgement and with an attitude of doing all he could to make me happy. If you pair Jacobs customer service with a quality job you have an absolute #1 winner. I am most appreciative!!

I was not happy with the end result of their work an they didnt seem to care about it. It took 3 weeks instead of 3 DAYS! The day after I paid the company we had an issue with a leak in the porch. He came out to fix it, an a week later, someone randomly showed up an told us that they ran out of caulk an forgot about it until we called an complained. I complained to the owner an asked him about our final paperwork, so it can be sent to our insurance company, I havent heard back from him, an its been a week. Never again!
