Wildwood Roofing was professional from the start of the bidding process all the way through completion and follow-up. We worked with Josh Lindquist, one of their project managers, throughout the process. We always get multiple bids before we decide on a company. We take into consideration price, materials quality, workmanship, professionalism, customer service and feedback from others through various social media outlets such as Angies List, BBB and Google. They checked off all of these. Josh wanted our business and would rework his bid based on other bids we had received. He made his bid very competitive and included many additional things such as longer warranties, premium material upgrades, etc. that the other bids did not offer. Due to last years hail damage, we needed a new roof, gutters and some siding panel replacement. We decided to let them do the total turnkey. We were scheduled in a very reasonable amount of time. Their roofing crew came in and completed the work in two days. Workmanship and cleanup was excellent. The gutters and siding were scheduled separately. This was also done with top notch workmanship. The replacement vinyl siding panels matched our existing siding perfectly. Throughout the process, Josh and the actual on-site project manager continued to communicate with us and made sure we were satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing, siding or gutter needs.

Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors did outstanding work at a fair price. Dallas explained every detail in the estimate and the work was done exactly as written in the contract. After dealing with an unethical contractor on our first attempt to get our roof replaced - we noticed Wildwood Roofing & Exteriors contract protects the client as much as the business. Dallas with Wildwood suggested new and improved products that are proven to withstand highwinds and heavy rain for greater STL weather protection. We appreciate that Wildwood Roofing is keeping up with the latest technology for superior weather protection. The job site was left clean and the quality of their work can easily be seen. Wildwood Roofing did an excellent job putting on our new roof. We got three different bids and ultimately chose Wildwood as the best offer because of their transferable warranty, affordability, and responsiveness. Since this is our first home, we had lots of questions. Throughout the bidding process, Wildwood was knowledgeable and helpful as we made decisions about what we wanted in our new roof. On the day the roof was to be put on, Wildwood staff was punctual and efficient. The wrong underlayment material was delivered, but the Wildwood office corrected the problem immediately, and the roof was still completed in one day as promised. My mom warned me to be careful letting my young boys and our dog roam the yard after the roof was installed because there may be materials and nails, but we never found a single nail or bit of trash. We are very satisfied by the work Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors completed at our home, and we will definitely use them in the future as other exterior projects may arise.

From our initial phone call to the final review, our experience with Wildwood Roofing was excellent. They did a total roof replacement (including some copper work and ridge vents on our steep hip roof) due to hail damage. We received a recommendation from a trusted friend so we had high expectations and we were not disappointed. During our initial meeting and roof review, their evaluation was right on and they set a realistic view of the entire process. They worked closely with our insurance company and maintained good communication during the project. The work crews showed up on time and worked per the schedule. The crews did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each work day. The final product looks fantastic and we are very pleased. We had a final meeting to review the job, complete the paperwork and make the final payment. Wildwood Roofing was very professional throughout the entire process and the roof looks great.

We used Wildwood Roofing and Exteriors to tear off and replace our old roof. After receiving several bids from contractors, we decided to use Wildwood due to their fair price, professionalism, and honesty. Mike Grossman, the estimator, did not pressure us into doing the work right away. Instead he told us that the roof had another year or two left if we wanted to wait. The other roofing contractors made it seem like my roof was about to collapse at any second, and pressured us into signing a contract right there on the spot. He also advised us against using some of the lower tier shingle manufacturers, even though other companies were pushing for them. The roof was replaced the following week as scheduled, and the workers cleaned up and finished the job within 1 day. So far everything looks great and we are happy with the results. We will consider using them again in a few years to replace our siding.

We had a great experience with Wildwood Roofing! Jared, Dallas, & the team walked us through every step of the process of getting our roof replaced. They coordinated with our insurance from Day 1, clearly explained the costs and what we would be responsible for out of pocket, came to the house to go over our options for the new roof (without being pushy or salesy about upgrades), and most importantly, did an awesome job on the actual roof & gutter replacement. They even noticed some additional damage on the home caused by the storm and went back to our insurance to get it covered and they coordinated the subcontractors doing the extra repair work! The process was so easy on our end thanks to these guys going above & beyond expectations. We would highly recommend Wildwood Roofing for anyone needing roofing/exterior work!

Wildwood Roofing did a great job with our new roof and coordinating other services related to storm damage. I appreciated Jareds integrity and honesty at our first meeting. He demonstrated an ability to work with insurance companies, homeowners, other contractors and work crews. The roof replacement team worked very efficiently. They worked continually through the first day with only a 30 minute break. The roofing job completed earlier than anticipated, clean up was fantastic. One of the owners was by a day or two later to check the job and our satisfaction. In fact, he ran through the yard one more time to make sure all nails were cleaned up. When we noted a small issue a few days later, the entire roofing crew returned quickly and resolved it in minutes. I absolutely recommend this company

Contracted for new roof, siding, soffet, fascia, guttering, and tuck pointing.....Installers worked from 7 AM till dark until project was done....They cleaned up and hauled away trash daily.....This was a large project which will always bring issues....Any issues were communicated to installers, which they took to Mike daily, and were always resolved immediately with no questions asked.....We were very pleased with the quality of the products purchased and the installation of such......This is a 1st class company and customer satisfaction is 1st on their mind.....I could not recommend them any higher and will call them again before I start any other projects....We welcome anyone to look at our house and knock on our door to answer any questions about this great company.....
