As someone who takes into consideration customer reviews when determining which vendor to choose for a specific product, I think its equally important to share my experience to make other customers aware of the type of service they may potentially receive. Ill be brief. My roof, gutters, downspouts, fascia and flue caps took a pretty good beating during a hail storm back in April. I selected Bolt to take on the job. Within weeks of signing the paperwork I regretted the decision. Flue caps that should have been replaced were just spray painted over. Pipes that needed to be flashed were only sealed with caulk. The fascia and drip edge were installed incorrectly. And other things that a project manager should have caught and fixed immediately, were left the way they were for me to follow up on...multiple times. Even after the president of the company wrote me an email apologizing that they had "dropped the ball" and assuring me things would be "rectified in a timely manner and to your satisfaction," the job wasnt finished for another 7 weeks. The work that needed to be finished correctly could have been completed in 1 day. There is a serious disconnect between the salespeople, the project coordinators, and the company leadership. The lack of follow-up and follow-through was extremely frustrating. For me, working with Bolt was not worth the extra stress. My recommendation: Choose another company to work on your home

We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling. Timely direct mail piece from Bolt initiated my call for a roof inspection. Hail and wind damage were discovered. Bolt made the entire process hassle-free. They met with my insurance company adjuster, arranged for all exterior and interior work, were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Definitely recommend calling these guys.

I had a leaking screened in porch and when contacting the big roofers, i.e., Frederick, Olnea, etc. it was apparent they were not interested in small jobs. Heard of Bolt through a Chris Duncan spot on ESPN radio and gave them a call. They fixed the roof in one day and kept the price as quoted. Great experience!

These guys went to bat for me. I had a settlement from my homeonwers insurance that wasnt quite what I felt was fair. They ordered a Supplement for my home and they got everytrhing I wanted. I would recommend these guys to anybody. They delivered what they said they would and stood behind it.
