I interviewed several area companies to install soffit and fascia on my house as well as install new shutters, wrap all my windows, repair and wrap several exterior doors and repair and wrap the damaged header over my double garage door. Of all of the companies, one company stood out from all of the rest- - -Schneider Roofing and Remodeling. The Sales Rep, John K., was fantastic as he came out to the house to listen to my desired Work Scope and walked the perimeter of the house to make sure that he understand what I wanted. He gave several suggestions and recommendations that other companies failed to do. John provided me with an accurate and very reasonable Quote within 24 hours and we signed a contract shortly thereafter while sitting at my kitchen table. The work began on schedule with the crew and Foreman arriving on time and ready to work. The crew was very polite and worked very hard in the cold weather. The job site was cleaned and the trash was removed at the end of each work day. To my amazement, the 3-day job was completed in just 1-1/2 days. The quality of work and craftsmanship was superb as the crew did not spare any time or expense on getting the details right. My neighbors even commented on how quickly everything was done and how beautiful it looked. I cannot begin to give Schneider Roofing and Remodeling enough accolades. Everyone at this company, from top-to-bottom, cares about one thing- - -making the customer happy. They were truly a joy to work with and I would not hesitate to work with them again for any future renovations. As a Purchasing Manager for a large corporation, it takes allot to earn my personal “Seal of Approval”. The team at Schneider Roofing and Remodeling has certainly earned my “Seal of Approval” with flying colors!!!

Ive known Charlie Schneider for a long time, and he helped me out when I got laid off and was out of work. So I called him when the recent wind storm ripped a bunch of shingles off my roof. Mr. Kelemen showed up quickly. I was at work, but he was very polite to my wife, and explained the situation. Our insurance deductible was too high to claim, so we paid out of pocket, but he did say us $50 by using the pack of capping shingles we had left over from when the roof was installed. My roof installation was done with staples instead of nails, which is why we had so much ripped away. He used good nails to repair the roof, but also explained how we cant just go an re-nail the rest of the roof. This man knows a lot about roofing, acted very professionally, cleaned up afterwards, and completed the job in the dark after sundown! My wife was impressed, and so was I. I recommend that you have your roofing and siding done by people who care about doing the job right!

Couldnt be more pleased with the service we received from Schneider. Chris, the sales rep, came out promptly to inspect the job and give a bid on what it would cost to repair the roof of our shed, which had some fairly extensive water damage. Once we agreed on a (very reasonable) price, an appointment was set for a crew to do the job. Chad and Jeff showed up on time and ready to work. They were obviously very experienced and knowledgable. The thing that impressed us most was that they didnt just do what was strictly spelled out in the contract. They pointed out to us other areas that needed attention, and explained what was wrong and what could be done to fix it. They really cared about helping us preserve our 100-year-old shed, as it is a historic structure. The price of the additional work was very reasonable as well. We are so happy with the finished product and the peace of mind it has given us.

I am so glad we chose to go with Schneider Roofing. Their customer service is out of this world. I am not much of a roofer, but I am confident that they did an extremely great job. We have not had a huge rain storm since we had it fixed, but I an not worried AT ALL of any water coming in our window. I work in customer service and how they treated us during and after cannot be compared. When I had to call and talk over the phone, the receptionist was so friendly. When the guy came over to do the inspection and give us an estimate, he was very nice. It felt like we knew him and he treated us like friends/family. I would recommend this company to the fullest. I also love that they are a very local business. St. Charles Proud!

Schneider Roofing and Remodeling has repaired siding for us on two different occasions. First was after a wind-storm blew siding off the side of our house on the second level. They came out quickly to give a bid, gave an extremely reasonable price, and put us on the schedule right away. They were prompt, the siding matched perfectly, and we have had no further problems with the wind-storms. The second time they came out was to repair a few pieces on the back after our deck contractor broke them. The deck contractor actually had their own siding guy look at it first, but he could not do the work. I offered to have Charlie from Schneider Roofing and Remodeling look at it and he was able to make the repairs look easy.

Its nice to see that a company like Schneider Roofing looks out for the little guy. I just needed to get a little storm damage repair done. I called several roofing companies and they stated they only do full roof repairs. I had used Charlie Schneider to repair storm damage siding on our home and thought that I give him a call. He had someone come out right away and gave me an estimate on the repair (which by the way was very reasonable), and his man came out on a HOT Saturday and did the repair. The best part was that Schneider roofing didnt care how small the job was, hed fix the problem. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND Schneider Roofing to anyone.

My total experience with this company was both positive and professional from estimate to scheduling to start to finish. Actually, it was the best experience of any company I have sought out or worked with. The team finished the project in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up well and hauled away. I couldnt even tell that they had been here! :) Both Charlie and Chris were very knowledgeable about roofing in general and about the specific products they use and were readily available to answer any questions I had. I was in need of a full roof replacement due to defective shingles. I obtained several bids, John and Charlie gave me the lowest bid, with the best, easy to understand, transferrable warranty. They were very professional, easy to work with, and very responsive to questions and calls. They were able to start right away, despite their hectic schedule, and some horrendous weather, and they finished the project in record time.
