Poor communication and followup ** I give this company 1 star, only because the owner and repair guy was extremely nice upon meeting him. Follow up was basically non existing. Owner provided a quote for the work to be performed, however I was forced to follow up for the quote promised. I then received the quote, signed the contract and forward to the company promptly. Still no prompt follow up on their end . I was then forced to follow up again to secure a date for repair, only to be advised, well have someone out that week. That would have been nice to know. Why do i continue to stay with this company you think - Well they had me sign a contract ! I then called the company to get a start date, once again advised that they will be out. Weeks later, a guy showed up to complete repair. . I then received a call from an Angie, who informed of the work being done, and asked for a check that day. Really. No sign off , no photos of the work to confirm the integrity of same. No follow up for weeks, but a call the same day repairs made to ask for a check. Hmm. Payment made. Day or so later, I hear a knock at my door. I go to answer, guys runs away from door and too his truck. Not sure why hes here as I was informed the work was complete. They guy stated the repairs were not complete and that he needed to complete it. REALLY ! again no communication to inform of what was going on. I then called the office, and informed of my frustration, and the rep stated - Thats why i didnt receive photos of your job. Im sorry that the work was not completed. I asked the rep for photos of my completed repairs, to confirm. Rep, stated she would. I did not receive this. I then received an email stating this was not correct, and that work was done, and the guys were there to check the work. How can i confirm this ?? Needless to say, i will not deal with this company again.

I recently had Revelle replace my fascia, and gutters, as well as replacing some bad soffit and siding. First I received quotes from 3 different companies and Revelle is the only company that I felt like listened to me at the time of inspecting my house and tried to understand what I wanted, not just what I was asking for, it was much appreciated that it was more of a conversation. As far as the work goes I am what we will call a "picky person." Every little request and comment I made was never met with skepticism or was I ever questioned. They truly wanted to be sure I was happy with my house, and they 100% stood by their work. I have additional work Id like to have done to my house in the future and I WILL be using Revelle.
