I was charged a late fee because I called and said I didnt think I would be able to return the movie that day because I have not viewed it. Guy said he would charge me on my account. I agreed but found it odd that usually they charge you the next day if it not returned. I watched it and took it back before 9pm and the guy refused to take off the late fee even though movie was right in front of him. I was pissed beyond belief. How can I get charged a late fee even though it wasnt late. Totally scammed me for $3.00. Get that its a small amount but they do that enough, do the math. I paid the damn fee because I didnt want it on the account but I Will be calling tomorrow for a manager and shutting down my account. This company is a joke!!!! Down in North Liberty they tried to make me pay for late charges on movies that I never ever seen before. Im done with this damn company!!!! Ill go to Redbox from now on.

Whats the point of a movie rental place anymore? With Netflix Amazon fire YouTube and red box. This place is expensive compared to the others and it seems like they always charge me a late fee even if the movie was dropped off at 1am.

The staff are knowledgeable about every movie in the store for the most part. They are always friendly at this location. I cant vouch for any other locations as I only go to the Oakland location.

They are a great place to rent movies from plus prices are good,also have a great deal when you buy the 30 days half off on all movies n kids movies r free

Helpful staff. A little out of the way but like the selection. Even with Netflix its a nice change from redbox which has less selection.

We have rented many dvds and they have scratches or a defect that causes the movie to freeze or skip.
