I had such a wonderful experience! The second you walk in the door, staff greet you no matter if they are busy giving a cut or up at the front desk. They have a designated receptionist (Liz) who answered my questions so politely before I arrived. Theres an online check-in service that holds your spot for an hour, so I was able to take a seat in a chair as soon as I walked in! My cut was only $5 (May Sale) and my stylist Korina got me in and out without leaving me feeling rushed! She cut my hair exactly like the photo I showed her and she was very personable! Thank you to Korina and Liz for such a GREAT experience!

Took my boyfriends 7 yr old son for a simple haircut. Didnt notice that it was totally uneven in the back until we arrived at home. Thats what I get for giving confidence and assuming the stylist knows what shes doing without checking it myself. How a stylist was able to graduate hair school just boggles my mind. I understand that these haircuts are "cheaper" than most salons, but come on really? You cant cut short hair on a boy evenly? Needless to say I am not coming back. I will stick with Super Cuts who does a much better job.

Great customer service. I dont live in Cedar Rapids, and actually stopped there on the way home bc the DSM stores closed before Id be back. Ive had the same hairstyle for like 2 years and Alijah somehow cut it better than anyone has before. Is there any way to get a description of how he did it so i can show it to other hairstylists?

I was politely greeted with a "Welcome to Great Clips!" Wow!! Kate took my name and said it would be just a few minutes. She did a great job on my hair and I was really glad to get acquainted with her. Nice personality and very efficient. She earned the fat tip I gave her. Great Job!! Give that girl a raise!!

I recently went to this Great Clips location and received the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I asked for layers and the stylists did not even ask how short I wanted the shortest layer, she just started cutting it. The layers were so choppy and horrible. I will never go to this salon for a haircut again.
