Poor treatment of customers! I was treated like my appointment was a nuisance and was lied to, directly to my face. Today I checked in, online, via the app with a 62 minute wait. I arrived at the location 30 minutes after checking in, expecting around a 30 minute wait, at the location. Instead, I was told that the wait was just over 2 hours (so, 2 hours 30 minutes after checking in online). The stylist at the desk told me to come back in 1 and a half hours or 1 hour and 45 minutes. While exiting, I held the door open for the second stylist on staff who announced to the entire staff and customers of the location: "I officially hate Which Wich" - not very professional, if you ask me. I arrived, again, 1 hour and 30 minutes later to be told by the "Which Wich hating" stylist that I was never in the system because if I was to be on hold for more than 2 hours, it would have kicked me off of the list. Also, there is no way that I would have been told to wait for that long. Her disgusted look backed up her rude attitude. The stylist who gave me the wait time said "I never told you that". I replied, kindly, that "I must have heard it wrong". "You did" replied the stylist. She then asked for my phone number to put me back in line. I declined. The customer is always right. Even if its their (the customers) mistake, the employee should make them feel at ease and help them resolve the situation. I have been a loyal customer and have come to this location for 3 years, driving 25 minutes to do so, although there is a closer location. In the past, the stylists at this location have been worth the drive and wait, but with a large turnover in recent months and behavior like this, I believe that my money is best spent elsewhere.

I used the on line check in and waited the 45 minutes listed as the wait time via the website. Once I arrived I waited another 45 minutes. While I waited the person above me on the online check arrived and brought her husband. While checking in it was established that they both didnt have a check in. So I was listed next and another young man that had been awaiting at least 30 minutes was behind me, a chair opened and the lady called for the husband. I was not happy to say the least, and was told that it was issued with the online check in (BS). Two issues 1. When checking in on line, you can put the number of guests, not my problem they can figure that out on their own. 2. When I had issues with the online check-in when I first began using it, I was told (and did) I would have to simply wait in line. I will not go back to great Clips!

Just took my 14 year old daughter in to get a back to school haircut. Right off the bat the older woman who cut her hair was very rude and had a bad attitude the whole time. My daughter was a little unsure of what she wanted to do with her hair and every idea she had the lady told her no and that she HAD to do what that lady suggested. My daughter told her that she didnt like her suggestions and the lady cut her off and said, "Ill just cut it and we will see!" She BUTCHERED my daughters hair!!!! When my daughter got upset about the haircut the stylist became even more rude and blamed it on my daughter. We left and are now at another location getting a new cut. I will never go there again, or recommend them to anyone...Id recommend a lawn mower first!

Every time I go I ask for the same haircut and get different results. I usually dont care much about my hair, however the lady today was very rough when cutting and rushed through the cut that she cut a square patch of hair above my ear. It was a very clear mistake that I now have to put up with for a couple weeks. To top it off my sideburns werent even close to even. One side was thinned out far more than the other. I am never coming back. I have a wedding coming up and cant risk another bad haircut

The first time I had been to Great Clips was fantastic, loved my new hair style the guy was incredibly nice and listened to anything I had to say. When I went in for a trim and some layers about 6 months later, I had a lady who was very nice, but didnt listen very well to how I wanted my hair done She ended up giving me a slight wedge and the layers were too far apart. I was not happy when I left. I may have to request someone next time.

Went in at 5:13 p.m. was told an hour wait, went to grab a bite to eat came back at 6:08 p.m. and was told had to wait now for customers whod just walked in in front of me. The lady helping was Paula and was rude as could be, not sure who the stylist was that cut my hair but she was very pleasant if it werent for her attitude Id have done 1 star. Wont be going back if Paula is there thats for sure and I dont recommend anyone else to

I had to wait for 54 min. But that was my fault for not signing in online. At first I was a little ticked about that but once my stylist came over with a big smile and with a nice tone I cheered up a bit. There were three stylists there but this stylist (Tara) was probably the only one smiling the whole time. (There was another one who smiled only after receiving a tip). My haircut was great. I suggest keeping Tara there forever!

Ive been to other Great Clips, and havent had problems so I figured this one would be alright. Boy was I wrong; they seem completely clueless when it comes to hair. I have thick, curly hair, and the lady attempted to comb through it with a fine tooth comb. When I suggested using something different, she had a rude comment about it. Asked to thin my hair, and she butchered it. Dont waste your time or money.

The gal who did my hair obviously doesnt understand the definition of "health trim." I asked for a health trim and some layers at the bottom. I leave with hair up to my shoulder after she decided to take a couple inches off and layers that start from the top of my ear down. Absolutely horrible and not even close to the health trim I was looking for.

Went in Monday, had a younger lady with short dark hair do my hair. Im very picky about my hair and she listened to everything I wanted and did it with no problems. I didnt want more than an inch cut off, and she ended up cutting more off, but I know in the end my hair really needed it, so it all worked out!

Have been several times! Tend to do a great job, but there always seems to be a wait. Save yourself some hassle and download the app to check in online! That way you can run another errand or grab a bite to eat while you wait!
