She chopped the back of my hair to 2 inches just the middle of my head.i asked for a trim....she chopped 4 inches off the back of my head it looks like a 3 year old cut my hair when I was asleep

I asked for 4 inches off my daughter hair and was getting my hair cut at the same time so i didnt see her take off 10 inches, i was horrified and my daughter is still crushed.
