I had an issue with getting bumped from online check in last week. I left a review and within 24 hours I received two phone calls apologizing for the inconvenience. I decided to try again tonight and Im glad I did. Priscilla did a great job and I received a personal apology from the stylist from last week. Not many places have this great of customer service. I will definitely return.

I was travelling through Iowa and stopped in for a haircut. Walked in and was able to get a haircut right away. Staff was very friendly and did a great job with my haircut. I was returning back to Colorado, when I realized that I had left my vest there. I contacted the Staff and the Owner sent my vest to me promptly. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend this establishment.

What am amazing place been going here for now on three months. Only franchise for hair cuts that the owner actually is involed with its customers and keeps his word. Last time I went I had Maria and she did an amazing job and this is the only place ive been too that I can count on any staff to do a great job. Keep it up!

Went in as a walk in and they told me it was a 5 min wait. Ended up sitting there for over 45 min. And multiple employees took breaks while we were sitting there waiting. Very unorganized and inconsiderate
