I dont want to put down the few people who are actually good who work here but the problem is the staff is constantly changing so you dont know who youre going to get. This is a place where people go to work when they just get out of beauty school so sometimes you get an okay haircut and other times you regret you went. The price is also on the high side. I can go to a more skilled professional closer to the ped mall for about $7 cheaper and within walking distance. Someone I can trust will be there next time to do a great job. Great clips lacks this. Also I find it really annoying that they always ask me if I want a razor size. shouldnt they know i want it short if I say short. I dont exactly know what razor size is what in the first place. it just seems unprofesional that they dont know. Plus its always the wrong size. Usually its way too long even when I tell them to cut it shorter they seem to want to let it stay longer. Its the McDonalds of haircuts. Also on another note they give kids balloons or at least they used to last time I was there. I tried to warn them that as a toy balloons are the number one killer of children due to choking. Its like nails on a chalk board when I see infants with balloons. I guess when some kid dies they will get sued out of business. Save your money and look elsewhere. You know its bad if you have to get another haircut immediately after youve just gotten one..

I was disappointed with my daughters and my hair cut. I have very curly thick hair and the lady who cut mine kept saying she knew what she was doing her daughter has similar hair, blah blah blah. At first I was pleased when she showed me in the mirror, then she started to chop and chop and chop oh and chop some more. I went in there wanting a trim on my hair that was well below my shoulders. When I left I had a mini fro. So thanks for that! Then I waited for my daughter to get done, she has normal straight hair. It was a different lady cutting hers. We showed her a picture of what we wanted done, and what she did was her complete own thing. I left very upset and btw as my hair dried waiting for my daughters cut to finish I decided to put on a hat. I left with a freaking hat on after a new haircut! So thanks! One compliment the lady who cut my hair was very friendly, but I wont got back! Not ever!

My son and I get our haircut here regularly. My wife has been a couple times. We have had positive experiences every time. While all the stylists have been fine, Amy has especially stood out. She is definitely my wifes first choice and she is great with my 3 year old son. My only complaint is how busy it always is, but Im not sure what you can do about that.

People here are really good at their work. I saw very low rating in Google reviews. But I insisted to go here and it turned out wonderful. You show them a pic of hairstyle you want and you get that hairstyle. People here are very experienced and if you are a student you get 1$ discount.

I have very straight hair and when I went in a few weeks ago the stylist cut my hair to the point of being 3-5 different lengths throughout my hair. My mom ended up cutting off 2 inches in order to make it all even. My mom did a better job than "trained professionals"

Stylist need better communication skills when dealing with something as important as someones hairstyle. Some stylist are great but most are unpersonable and careless. Youll be better off paying a little more at another place that actually tailors to your needs.

I have tried getting my hair cut here 3 times now. This has got to be the dumbest business idea ever. All I want to do is make an appointment and get my hair cut. How hard is that? Not that it will matter, but I am never going to try great Clips again.

I walked in the girl told me 45 minute to an hour. Ok I can do that I just walked in. After an hour and 20 minutes and three people walking in getting service before me I walked out will never go back!

I find it to be irritating that service is no longer first come first served. However, Christina does a great job of cutting my special sons hair. And believe me, its not easy.
