This is the second worst haircut I ever got, second only because the worst was when I was a little kid, given by my grandmother (she used scotch tape to show where to cut). After told about exactly what I wanted, the nature of my hair and how I have a lot of cowlicks, the stylist proceeded to peel all the sides of my head with a clipper but leave an unblended tuft on top. I look like a cross between the Gary Oldman character in The Fifth Element and Tintin. Just an ungodly disaster. I was so upset I overtipped, but I guess when your hair looks as ridiculous as this you need to be nice to people. Im just gong to tell everyone I cut it myself. In the dark. While drunk.

They frequently have displays set up trying to sell me products being independently sold by their stylists through multi-level marketing pyramid schemes. Very unprofessional. I will commend them on doing their best to match the unusually high colour temperature of all of their lights throughout the business however. On a side note, I cant help but admire the irony of a salon that sells hats.

I work at Moods and we have a fabulous artistic staff and extremely accommodating., We get involved in many community efforts and we rent the parking lot across the street from the salon for the convenience of the employees and clientele because parking is extremely limited just as it is in any city setting. But you always have the comfort of knowing as a client that you will have a spot. ; )

Great stylists, esthetiticians, and an amazing nail Goddess! That being said, I gave the salon 2 stars because they were towing people who were participating in a walk for Juvenile Diabetes from their nearly empty parking lot today... really? Not so community minded or kind of management
