Do NOT get your eyebrows done here. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for over five years now and this was the first time I have had such a horrible job done. Not only did the woman who did my eyebrows take off the majority of the end of my right eyebrow, she also did not tell me whatsoever and instead went straight into filling them in so that I wouldnt notice until I got home and later took my makeup off. The only reason I didnt ask to see what they looked liked before she filled them in is because I have got them waxed so many times before and trusted that they looked fine. As a loyal ulta customer, I will never be going back to this location. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the girl who did my eyebrows. I tried to call the store yesterday, after I figured it out, and today but both times it went to a busy signal. I hope that this location will make her get retrained on how to do eyebrows and on customer service. I am very disappointed and angry. Luckily, I know how to do my own makeup so I am able to cover it up but if this happened to someone else it could be really devastating.

So I ordered 2 Bed Head products online and it said anything over $50 would be free shipping... well what they dont tell you (only in ity bity fine print) is if you have a PO box or use Paypal that they charge for shipping. I went ahead and ordered it because the store is far from my house and no other store in my area carries the item. I received a free beach wrap gift and have no idea what to with it... so I called the store and the girl had NO knowledge of any promotional events on their website or in store.... they really need to get on their customer service skills.

The selection of hair products/cosmetics is excellent. However, the majority of the staff at this store are unfriendly and snobby. The prices at Ulta are "okay" - I was disappointed to find out that I had paid $20 for a single small bottle of Rusk shampoo - when I could have gotten the same Rusk shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioning treatment, and hair oil in a set for $19.99 at TJMaxx.

Rarely do I ever do reviews but I felt like Aubri Arellano deserved a 5* review. My first time going into ulta for a brow wax I was a little iffy because of the price but Im extremely glad I gave it a try! My eye brows are the best shape theyve ever been, Ill be back! Thanks girl

Customer service always seems to look around and over me. 9 out of 10 times Ive got to hunt them done to get help. If they dont have item....well gee, I can order on line...then I can pay for shipping.
