Upon walking into Nova, youre presented with an inviting positive energy. The salon is warm, upbeat, and welcoming. The staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. There are multiple draws that I personally appreciate: Exceptional comradery between stylist yields a positive and healthy environment to the point, you dont want to leave. Stephanie, as well as the other stylists are very knowledgeable and up on the latest trends and practices. Finally, I never feel pressured and there are no pushy up-sale tactics for products. This business has earned my trust, and I look forward to my follow up appointments!

I have dealt with all of these people at a different salon. Walking in the door was like old home week. The atmosphere was great. The person behind the counter knew who I was. Karen, who has cut my hair for a long did an excellent job as always. Cant say enough good things about these people.
