I love going to B-1 to center myself. Regardless of how flexible I am that day going to hot yoga class always makes me feel refreshed and less stressed about my day. The facilities at B-1 are gorgeous, lovely shower rooms and I especially love their water bottle filter! The instructors are all sweethearts and make you feel comfortable whatever your skill level is. There are classes for every level yogi. I recommend you try B-1 if you are new to yoga!

Best way to start my day! There are three different class styles offered over 5 weekdays at 5:45 am. The instructors are amazing and are often seen in class as well! Great community of people who get together on their mats to better themselves!

Great studio! I came from out of town and the studio has welcomed be in with open arms. The instructors are very supportive of all types yoga practices and are willing to offer suggestions on how to deepen your practice.

Best yoga studio in Dubuque. The owner, Cally, really cares for her students. The studio lighting is serene. There are a variety of classes, heated and non heated. Its my favorite place to be.
