All of the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and great people. My son wrestles, and the kids Jui-Jitsu class helped him considerably in the off season to become a better wrestler. Coach Craig went out of his way to work with my son to help him prepare for the 2016 MO state wrestling tournament, which he wound up placing 1st in his age group. I recommend this gym to everyone, especially people with kids. Their kids classes are outstanding.

This place makes me so happy. I have learned how to live a better life for myself. This gym has given me confidence that I can do anything no matter how old I am because they have something for all ages:). The UFC gym in St. Charles makes working out fun, but they also challenge you so that you can get the best work out possible. All of the trainers and, everyone there is so nice. I recommend it to anyone and everyone

Worst gym ever from customer service standpoint!! New manager Andrew is rude and doesnt understand the customer experience end of the business. Im not sure if he knows what "customer service" means. I would not recommend this gym and would look elsewhere. There are plenty of other gyms for this price point, especially for what they have to offer.
