Great workouts that keeps you coming back. Been a member for over 6 years at various other locations. St. Charles/Cottleville is by far the best one around. The classes are challenging but fun and the trainers take a genuine interest in your fitness goals. I could probably go on and on... Title Boxing is awesome.
