They kept postponing our pick-up day. When we went and got our estimate we were told that repairs would take three days. This is our only car, but we decided that we could get away with being carless for three days. When we dropped it off they said 3-5 days and that they would call us when it was done. Friday afternoon (day 5) I called them. They told me Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I call and they say Tuesday afternoon. Its just getting ridiculous. We are hopeful that someday we will get our car back and meanwhile well just walk to the grocery store in the 10 degree weather.

They did a great job, the price was very reasonable, the office setting is very friendly and professional (unlike most car shops where the testosterone is in over-pour mode and the customer service is gruff at best) and they have the FRIENDLIEST dog on the planet there. The office is immaculate; business casual with comfy chairs and a family-like atmosphere. It was such an unexpected surprise to experience such a different auto body experience but now weve had a taste of the good stuff were NEVER going back to any place else. Arena Auto Body is the place to go!

Thank you Jeremy for saving this single mom $700. I had a hit and run incident on Wednesday and went to Arena Auto Body for an estimate. Jeremy did all the paperwork for a claim, but then went in and popped the dent back out and fixed the bracket and now I can drive it as is. Also offered to touch up the scrapes if I wanted that done. Quality work by a quality person and he didnt ask for a thing. I will recommend you to all my friends!

Great service here! I had some damage needing repair on my vehicle, and I received an accurate estimate of costs and time needed to repair the damage upfront. I appreciated the shuttle service back to work after dropping off my vehicle and the email update (with pictures) to inform me of a potential problem in the future. Everything turned out great, and I would definitely recommend Arena for their high quality service.

The people here are extremely friendly and believe in quick but quality service. They were very fair with their pricing and seem to really know what they are doing. They were absolutely amazing. I had just superficial paint transfer and they helped me out. For such a simple fix, it was at no charge to me and I was out of there with a brand new looking car again within five minutes of walking in. Recently hit my bumper on a curb and knocked one of the bolts loose and one side of my front bumper was hanging. Brought it to arena and they reattached the bumper for me in 15 minutes. Awesome service, awesome staff, overall great experience.

This shop promises color match. I returned three times and they never matched the paint. I now have a two toned car. It was better before the repair. Although they are very polite I do not recommend them based on my experience.
