They are courteous until they make mistakes. They wont take responsibility for mistakes they make. I had to pay out of pocket for rental car reimbursements because they told me they would begin work on my car on a Monday and took my keys and car and then told my insurance company that they didnt start work on my car until Thursday so I then had to pay for the rental car during the time until they actually began repairs. And then they ordered the wrong parts which delayed me getting my car back. They also kept telling me it would be done on one day and then didnt finish and they would tell me another day and of course it wasnt done again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Took my SUV in for hail damage and it needed to also get a paint job. After I picked it up I noticed 100 or so "scratches" on the area that had been painted. I took it back in the next day. They called it crazing/checking. They told me it was there before and I definitely did not see it before. I thought it was going to be a battle but they stood behind there work and stripped the entire area and repainted AT NO COST to me. When I picked up Ross informed me it had been painted prior to them at some point and it was likely due to however had it before me. I appreciated that they took care of it without hassling me or taking advantage to me.

They completed the work on time and when they said they would. I am surprised at the other reviews reporting them as performing poorly. This is the fourth time we have had work done by them and the quality of the repair has always exceeded our expectations.

Friendly staff, they went above and beyond on my repairs! They were fixing my rear quarter panel and took out a few dents that were not part of the bid. Very happy with there work as well!

This is the worst auto place in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area. The inside staff is rude and just real unwelcoming. I felt pushed out of the door.
