Let me preface this by stating that I rarely write reviews. Its not often that I receive such exceptional service that Im motivated to take the time to express my complete satisfaction. When it comes to my vehicles, I am extremely particular with each and every aspect of them. Every bit of maintenance I do myself as I dont trust anyone else to complete the necessary work. So when I hit a deer with my Subaru which did a significant amount of damage to the front end, it was extremely important to me to find a shop that would be just as particular with my car as I am of it. Based on a recommendation by a friend of mine, I chose to bring my car to Aerco. I called them up and explained my situation. The car was not drivable and I live an hour and a half away. The staff member I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. They were super flexible and I was able to drop the car off at a time that was convenient for me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk. She was thorough in explaining everything to me and the forms for me to fill out were well put together and went quickly. I then met with Nick who evaluated the damage and worked with me through the entire repair process. The owner was there and even introduced himself to me. As I was leaving, I knew that my car would be in good hands. Every couple days I received a phone call from Nick with an update as to where my car was in the repair process. He also asked a lot of questions to be sure that every detail was done to my liking. Nothing frustrates me more than when I have no idea of the progress of a repair. Aerco was on top of it throughout the entire process and I really appreciated the frequent updates. When it came time to pick up my car, I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. The color matching of the paint, the attention to detail, the quality parts that were used were all exceptional. My car was super clean and really looked like it was new. Aerco really went above and beyond to insure I was happy with the results. From beginning to end, I couldnt have had a better experience. Im surely not hoping to be in another accident, but I cant wait to work with Aerco again. For any future body work that needs to be done on any of my vehicles, Aerco will be the first and only place I call. Thank you for such awesome service!

I cant say enough positive things about Aerco. My husband and I are completely impressed with Aerco--as they recently repaired damage on one of our vehicles. They go "above and beyond" to provide great service. Shawn, Nick, and Jessica are great to work with!!! And the other staff---doing the behind the scene work--kudos to them as well. Phenomenal job--all around!!! I would recommend Aerco to anyone...in a heartbeat! The surprise cleaning detail done to my interior was great! My vehicle actually looks better than the day I bought it---honestly.

While we did not actually HAVE the work done at this body shop, they were well in the running because of the professionalism, kindness, and knowledge about my car and what work needed to happen. I wouldnt hesitate to encourage others to look to Aerco for a quote on body work. I had also heard from others that Aerco has some of the best paint matching in town. Just wanted to let you know. We did end up going somewhere else because of the price - although the price was not hugely out of line.

We were extremely satisfied with the repair work that was done on my vehicle. The team was very professional and we felt the price was more than fair. I would recommend Aerco Collision to my friends and family anytime. Something that I was very pleased with was the fact that my vehicle was nicely detailed on the inside as when I dropped it off I had just taken it out of winter storage and it was put away very dirty. We have a gravel drive and it looked like it when I dropped it off.

Not only is their staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they are incredibly fair and pump out a great finished product. Their customers service is exceptional. They go out of their way to help you. When we had our accident, the insurance company told us to go wherever we want to go. We decided to go to Aerco because of previously we stopped and ask them a question and they were very helpful. Once we dropped off the car, they handled everything with the insurance company. They do great work and always do whats best. Ive had a very accident prone year and have gone here every time and was happy every time, they never disappoint. And the car detailing is always done to a quality standard that I would pay for if it wasnt free. I even pointed out something that was wrong with my car (not from the accidents) and they fixed it for free.

I brought my vehicle to Aerco Collision for a detail. I have two kids, a dog, and a husband. Needless to say, my car was in pretty rough shape. When I got my car back, I was beyond thrilled. It looked brand new again! Hopefully I will never need - but if I ever have any body work needs, Aerco will be the only place I will bring it to!

this is what customer service and work quality is supposed to be. wouldnt consider anywhere else after this experience. I was quoted by several local shops. Aerco easily had the best prices and the job done is first class. the owner is hands on and readily available. dont waste your time elsewhere. Thank you Aerco.
