I hit a deer on Hwy 94 driving home from college. The deer crushed my windshield and bounced down the drivers side of the car, bashing in the front fender, taking out the side view mirror and breaking out the rear window. I took my car into Superior Auto Body in Eau Claire for an estimate on repairs. The staff was friendly and quick to serve me. Knowing that I wanted to fix the car as cheaply as possible, given that it had more than 200,000 miles, James went out of his way, taking time to call multiple suppliers of used parts, to find the least expensive parts and showing me exactly what each part would cost and how much labor would be involved. He provided the most reasonable estimate possible, and honestly admitted that the car may not be worth repairing. Then, he called salvage yards and explained the salvage options available locally. Ultimately, I decided not to repair the car. Although that car is in Honda Heaven, I would highly recommend Superior Auto Body and readily take my next car to them if I experienced such misfortune again.

My car was hit in a parking lot when I was about to enter a restaurant and I filed a claim right away with my insurance against the guy that hit me. My insurance quickly recommended that I go to Superior Auto Body to get an estimate. My insurance and Superior Auto Body made this experience so positive and relaxing. They got my car in to get fixed within just a few days of getting my estimate for repairs. My car was fixed and back to me the same week! The staff is very polite and welcoming, despite my car getting hit and being bummed out about that, this auto body repair shop made me feel important and worked with my schedule. They even vacuumed and cleaned my car after fixing the dented rear bumper. They went above and beyond my expectations! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Hi, just a quick note to tell everyone of my experience with Superior Auto Body, I recently took my 2013 GMC into them to get an estimate, and never been in this situation I was nervous about the whole deal. James was my contact person and he was exceptional in his evaluation of my trucks condition. It wasnt a major incident, but none the less he was aware of my concerns and addressed them like the pro he is, I also met the owners and they too showed their professionalism and concerns. I had other estimates but went with them because of their friendly nature. I would choose them again for repairs !!! My rating for this body shop is AAA+ Thanks Superior Auto Body :)

Great experience at Superior Auto Body. I needed a door handle replaced for the sliding door on my van and they did it while I was at work. Dave quoted me an hour at first but it took less time and he charged me less than the hour. He could have charged me the higher rate and I wouldnt have known any better. This speaks of honesty and integrity which is nice to see these days. I found out that they also have loaner cars for those times when you have to leave your car for major repairs. Very good customer service, even for a small job like mine! I almost forgot, they washed my van too. Thanks Dave and Cindy for a great experience.

David Savage and his team recently did some body work on my 2009 Jeep Patriot. The workmanship is outstanding! My vehicle looks new! The work was done exactly on time, just as promised! The communication was professional and prompt! The most incredible part of my experience with Superior Auto Body was the customer service! Hey--its DONUTS from Hot Country B95! Just wanted to say Thanks so much to Dave, Cindy & the whole crew at Superior Auto Body in Eau Claire! Theyve got my 05 Park Avenue Ultru looking showroom new again! They took care of issues like road debris damage to the doors, a badly scratched front bumber, door alignment, water leakage in the trunk and power windows not functioning right. They even perfectly matched the beautiful champagne pearl paint! I feel like Im driving a brand new car! The workmanship & customer care are second to none! This really is SUPERIOR Auto Body!

Could not be more pleased with my experience working with Superior Auto Body. I got rear-ended for the first time in my life and had no idea what I was doing when I brought my car in to the shop to get an estimate. Not only did their staff get a hold of Progressive for me so I did not have to do it myself, but they also got my car in the same day the accident occurred to be fixed. My car was repaired and ready to go within a week! Without a doubt the best customer service I have received thus far!

Hey guys, I dropped my car off a Week ago with severe passenger side damage due to a accident hitting a deer. Dave and Cindy Savage Took our car in and said about a week and a half. 6 days later i get a call From Dave saying my car will be ready the next day. I was BLOWN AWAY how fast they got it done. My Mitubisho Mirage was hit in the front drivers side fender. I have a friend that works there and recommended to bring it in. Best decision ever! My car has a decal that was no longer made. They figured out how to get it made. Cannot tell anytjing happened to it at all! And.....all said and done great customer service! Will be my new place if God for bid anything else happens. My wife crashed her van. Dave and the guys did a great job keeping us in the loop on repairs, got it done in a timely fashion and the van looks better than it did the day we bought it new. Always professional, courteous and helpful, especially since I hit a deer with my Durango and they have both my vehicles at the same time. They made sure we had a loaner car also. Thanks again guys!

A great experiance at Superior Auto Body. The staff was knowdlegable and informative during the estimate, and through the insurance process. The repairs were done on time, and on budget. They made it easy for me to pick up my vehicle late in the day, and I havent seen it that clean, inside and out, since the day I bought it. Oh, and the body work...perfect!

The work done was timely and excellent, my car was cleaned inside and out (which I felt was above the call of duty). Overall experience was great!
