After three negative experiences at this facility, it is time to post a review. My first experience was a simple vehicle repair. From the front desk to every employee I dealt with, everyone had a very rude manner. The male employee I dealt with was condescending to me, made inappropriate comments, and I finally told him I wanted to work with someone else. The repair took much longer than was quoted. Included with the repair was the "detail for life". Second experience - I booked an appointment for the detailing. I paid a significant additional amount to have the upholstery cleaned. When I picked up the vehicle, the seats had not even been vacuumed, so there is no way the upholstery was cleaned! Third experience - booked appointment for detailing. Dropped vehicle off the night before. Around 2:00 I called to make sure the vehicle was ready - woman who answered the phone said "We were wondering why you had left the keys in the key drop." They screwed up the appointment they had told me on the phone and had not even started the job by midafternoon. Rather than call me, they just let the car sit there all day. So the woman said they had time to do it that day and it would be done by 3:00. We went to pick up the vehicle at 3:30 and were told by the owner that the vehicle would not start and they had to jump the battery. We looked in the vehicle and saw that again the seats had not even been vacuumed. The owner became so angry in an instant that it was scary and he was right in our faces with his anger. He said they allow 30 minutes to detail a vehicle and that there had been "one inch of (profanity) all over the vehicle" and that they had taken pictures of the vehicle! He was so irate and out of control, saying "we have cameras all over" and "I am the owner" and completely bizarre statements that had nothing to do with anything we had asked! He said "I am going to go get the pictures to show you" and we said no - that he was so angry we were just going to leave. He stormed off into the building yelling that he was going to come back with the pictures. We started the vehicle ourselves and as I was pulling out of the parking lot in my vehicle, before my son could get into the other vehicle the owner shoved the pictures into my sons chest! All of this over a question as to why the seats had not been vacuumed! This guy has some major anger issues and the attitude he presents permeates the attitude of the rest of the staff. I would NEVER set foot in this place.

I had some rust beginning to develop on my car. I took it to Trubilt to have the work done. First, their work was outstanding, I could not be happier. I do have to mention two members of their team who were both top knotch. Beth, was the first person to assist me. Sooooooooo friendly and very knowledgeable. She seems to keep everything pulled together and does it very well. I also spent time with Brian. He provided me with a number of approaches to solving the problem. He provided prices for those options and was VERY patient as he explained things to me. He also followed up following the work on my car. I honestly couldnt be more satisfied. Thanks to all.

I recently had a paint repair on my vehicle completed to perfection at Trubilt Collision Center. Not only was the repair done well at a fair price, but the customer service was tremendous. They picked my vehicle up at my business and provided me with a loaner vehicle while the repair was being completed. What a pleasant surprise when my vehicle was returned in pristine condition, washed, vacuumed, and smelling great! Thanks Trubilt for a job well done!

There service is beyond slow, the pushed back the release date of my car like 5 days, there customer service is also attrocious. Theyre rude over the phone and are quick to lose their patience with you. Also Im having my insurance company look into the legitimacy of how many hours it was necessary to fix. Overall, despite being a local company there THE worst bodyshop Ive ever worked with, and thats been a few.
