This was my first time ever using a travel agency. Went there for help setting up a trip to the Phillipines (flight and hotel) and was promised a call or email back because the lady there was clueless. However I went with the idea in high spirits because I didnt know where to even start planning myself. So I left all my info at the office after talking with someone and havent heard from them in a month. I ended up doing my own research and found great deals on my own. I know people say using a travel agent isnt a dead tendency but in this case I feel much better going on my own. And if I ever decide to try again, it wont be with this company.

Quite amazing trip they planned for me and my family! We loved the entire experience from visiting about what we wanted to do, and where we wanted to go. Dont go here for European travel. Ive heard success stories from here for United States trips and cruises, but NEVER go here for European trips.
