I used this company to plan my vacation this last spring. Its actually the first time I used a travel agency and my experience was so good that I dont think Ill ever go back to planning my own travel! Customer service at this agency was great because they were so friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange everything from my transportation, to flights, and hotel rooms all within my budget. They found much cheaper rates than I was able to find on my own. Everything went smoothly and all reservations were booked as promised. If youre looking for a travel agency, I would definitely recommend this one.
