I booked an Umrah package for my family and myself. I figured that doing a package would lessen the stress of planning the whole trip. When I talked to the agent they told me that I would be getting 5 star hotels but when I got to the hotel they werent even 3 star hotels. There were also transportation issues when I was there. When I got home and talked to the CEO about the issues I had, he had a very dismissive attitude and wasnt willing to listen to my concerns. He told me that it was my responsibility to check the hotels (but when I asked the agent she made excuse after excuse and didnt give me the information). I also calculated the cost of the whole trip and they ripped me off about $5,000. Will not be using their services again. SAVE YOURSELF AND BOOK IT BY YOURSELF!!!

If you want to get the best deal for your bucks, contact Chase Travel (Geetika) for your travel bookings. I have been getting my tickets from Geetika since last 7 years and I have never seen an instance where I didnt get a good deal from her. She will go an extra mile to save your money . I can give so many examples where she helped me by going out of the way. No agent will call you back f they find a better price after a few days of booking/payment has been done, but trust me she will call you back to get you even that deal.

Great and very prompt service by Faiza (taking care of seat , meal order and wheel chair request by old parents) Extra ordinary service and very professional and trained.
