Would not even rate this people 1 star unconditionally suck at theyre job only are worried about commission and where they can make the most money. My father used them to book our umrah trip it was complete hell from trying to find our transportation from airport all the way to the crappy hotel they booked us insuring us its a "5 star Hotel" called movenpik air quality sucked so bad I started to get terribly sick, everything was dirty, and service was horrible. Shahbaz the manager who whatever he is insured my dad that we could stay in this hotel and he book another one for an additional $4,000 on top of what we paid. I will be reporting these people to the BBB customer service is horrible once again they suck at theyre job and you would be better off booking your own hotel & flight reservation. Ruined the experience of a good family trip and made it very very uncomfortable to the point where they had the hotel put my 4 single beds in one room!!!! These people should be ashamed to call them selves a business lying thiefs is what these people are!!

decided to book with this company for a family holiday. Would have done it ourselves, but, unsurprisingly, we were greedy to save as we were all travelling out at different times. first flight as a family was great. then came the second. I was to fly out to one place and then catch a connecting to my final destination. the GENIUSES at this horrendous company booked my connecting flight BEFORE my first flight to my transit location! after this they had the AUDACITY to charge US money to make the changes for their f**k up. Best part? the first ticket he sent us as a sample was actually correct! its the final confirmation he screwed up. WHO DOES THAT?! why wouldnt you just booked the flights you promised?! Never. Again. if youre going to multiple destinations and wish to book with these amateurs, please PLEASE check your tickets multiple times before agreeing.

I booked through this agent and in my travel I had a long 14 stay at Dubai. Thetold me that if I pay $200 more then it will cover visa and hotel at Dubai. I paid extra 200 bugs. But when I reached Dubai I ahve no reservation. I have to pay again $200. So total $400 loss. When I came back and talk with this damn agent they said they are not willing to reimburse saying that this is airline problem and not there problem. Never ever book from this people. They are sitting there to take your money. Beware soon another Irving will happen in Houston because of this Damn agent

Horizon Travel Sucks. Never Buy from them again. All Travel Agents Sucks. Buy Direct from Airline, There is no Price Discount and Travel Agents do not provide any extra perks. Travel Agencies should all be out of business.

One of the worse travel agency in the world. I lost $400 by booking through this agency. staff are not friendly always stick with 1-2 airlines. Never trust them
