It astounds me how this business can continue with the lack of customer service it provides. Although my experiences with this place and Fernando San Martin (whom I believe is the owner) have always been less than great, they always did book the travel I requested for my South American trips without a hitch and I dont typically need a lot of extra service, given I am very comfortable traveling outside the country. Since he has been my fathers travel agent for many years, I have always engaged him for travel to South America due to my fathers 40+ years of travel there. Youd think there would be some loyalty to the years of business he has enjoyed from my family... But this last time floored me how they just didnt care, nor try. We ended up paying for a flight that did not exist through this agent. Now, it became clear during our diffuclties during travels that the flight existed at the time of booking, but the airlines cancelled the flight within minutes of the booking, but the agent never notified us of the change and we ended up spending two extra days at the Mexico City airport trying to get to our final destination. WITHOUT this guys help, since he refused to do his job. Our trip home was a stroke of luck and some help from family that got us back, but Fernando never responded to my requests to make sure our travel itinerary for the home stretch were solid and booked with seat reservations. If you like to play your airline bookings like a Las Vegas roulette table, then this travel agency is for you! If not, there are plenty of travel agents out there who actually do their job.

I am a divorced dad with two young boys. Four years ago I wanted to find an all-inclusive in Cancun that would be great for the three of us. More importantly, I wanted to find a place I could take a four year old (my youngest at the time) and know I could take him to a kids club where he would be cared for and have fun. Travel Leaders came through with a great recommendation. I booked my trip through them, and the trip was a success. Four years later I decided to go to Playa Del Carmen with my two boys. Since Travel Leaders came through the last time, I didnt hesitate to use them again. I even drove across town to meet with them. Well, they knocked it out of the park again the second time around. I picked the resort they recommended and it was a fantastic trip for an 8 year old and a 13 year old (their dad had a great time too). With so many options that you can find on the internet, I became confused with the information overload about all the different resorts. Well, it is comforting to listen to someones recommendation who listens and then says "this is the place you should go to." To me youre crazy if you try to figure it our on your own. Youre better off listening and trusting people who know. After all, its your vacation. Why trust it to a random post on the internet or someone you havent seen in person.

Excelent service! We have used them numerous times and have no issues with Travel Leaders. We work direclty with Haifa. She is a pleasure to work with, we just got back from a 7 day day eastern carribean cruise on Allure of Seas. We had a blast! Our dining times were made for us along with the recommendation to add gratutiy on our bill! it made it so easy as we did not have to worry about it on our last day. they will even add your shore excursions for you if you choose to do any. Trust me...dont try to book on your own it so much easier to have them book it for you and have a worry free vacation.
