I had a very positive experience with Travel Visa Pro. It was Thanksgiving and I was planning a trip to Brazil for December 17, and started to look into visas. I quickly realized I might not have enough time to get one. Living in Florida, Im under the Miami embassys jurisdiction. On their site, they said it might take 5-10 business days, but had some stipulations, and it didnt sound guaranteed. Researching others experiences online, some peoples visas had taken 40 days – it didnt sound promising at all, and the embassy itself doesnt expedite. I wrote several expediting agencies on Thanksgiving. The only one that responded that day was Travel Visa Pro. They said they could get me a visa within a week of sending them the necessary materials, but that it would cost $500 beyond the visa fee of $160. This was definitely a steep price to pay, but I needed to be assured of getting the visa, and to get it fast so I could arrange flights and lodging. One other agency wrote me back a day later and said they could get the visa in 10 or 12 (business?) days. None of the others wrote me back. I sent Travel Visa Pro my materials on Monday. I sent the items to their Houston office, and they let me know it was acceptable for my visa to be issued out of Houston rather than Miami. One of their agents called to let me know Id forgotten to send my itinerary, so I sent it to her. They were very communicative during the whole process. By Wednesday, they actually confirmed theyd gotten the visa sooner than expected, and it arrived at my home on Thursday. Pretty impressive. I would work with Travel Visa Pro again.

I have been using Travel Visa Pro for the past 4 years. Theyve helped me get visas to India and Russia and every time the process is easy and fast. A few highlights: They have a very intuitive website that makes gathering necessary documents easy and clear. They are always available by email or phone (or skype) and respond very quickly (I called them on a Sunday evening and got to speak to somebody right away). They have an awesome real time tracking system so I know exactly what the status of my visa application is. Most recently, they were able to get me a Russian visa in record time and ship it back to me to London where I was on a business trip. I told them that it was an exceptional situation and that I needed my passport back in a very short period of time (because I was leaving the UK). They were able to locate the fastest consulate and returned me my passport in time. So the point is that these guys are awesome and I will never get any visa anywhere else.

After finally getting up the courage to take a trip to Russia, I had to begin the process of getting a travel Visa. The process of obtaining a visa seemed like more work than I was up for so I looked into having it done for me. I found a blogger who recommended 4 different sites.
