08/10/15 I had used this agency some years ago for a trip to Disney and decided to use them again for a trip to Vegas; the older woman who answered was SO rude. Initially she just said "can you hold" and just put me on hold, when she finally picked up she did apologize. I tried to ask her about a trip but she was so incredibly rude! I asked her if there was anyone there who would be happy in helping me plan a trip and she rudely stated that she was trying her best to assist me but I wasnt accommodating. I believe when someone is in a customer service business such as this one that they should somewhat seem like they want your business to some extent... I finally told her that I would just call someone who actually wanted to help me and she smugly laughed and was like "ok then." VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

How can you work with someone with horrific customer service? Sorry, but I just couldnt do it. Youll know who Im talking about when you get them. I felt really sorry for them thats why Im not saying the name. Still in disbelief!!!
