I had never been to Premier in North Liberty. My check engine light came on and I took it to them. THey looked at it promptly, gave me the cost information, and scheduled me the following morning (upon my request). When I dropped off my car the next day, the drove me to my work place...which was completely helpful. They not only fixed my car, but noticed other areas of concern. They were very knowledgable and answered any and all of my questions. They even called to see if I could use a ride back. I am definately returning to Premier Automotive!

4 weeks after dropping the car off I finally got it back. I had to take it to the alignment shop myself. Door panels and trim installed incorrectly. Some trim pieces broken. Mirror glass held in with HOT GLUE. One floor mat missing. Interior full of dust. Some pin stripes clear coated over, some not. 2 years later rust coming through paint in engine bay due to improper paint prep. If you want your car to look repaired, they can do it. If you want your car to be repaired, look elsewhere.

EVERYTHING about this place is awsome. Clean. Friendly. Honest. Did above awsome work, even came in under budget, and the job was done earlier than was supposed to be. All the employees showed us the whole shop first to show they can tackle auto rebuild, auto restore, and even auto repair. WHY wouldnt you go there. My shop will continue to use them. (If they dont mind??!!) Ha-ha. Thank you "Premier Auto Body" and all employees!!!!!!!
