After finding out that my current vehicle had serious rust damage, I began the arduous search for a "new to me" car. I knew my budget, and I was determined to find the best quality for what I was willing to pay. I tried another used car dealership, and was helped, but the cars werent really taken care of, and I was unimpressed with the purely business environment that I experienced. However, my experience at Cassill was drastically different. I pulled up into the lot and was immediately greeted by Larry Nelson. I told him my budget, and without even looking at the prices from a database, Larry brought me around to the cars that would fit my needs the best. He knew the prices, and quality of the cars, and was more than helpful with everything I asked about. Larry worked hard, but honestly, the quality and price of the car which he brought me to did a lot of the work for him. Larry directed me to the exact car that I wanted and needed. On top of all of this, I felt like I was treated like a valued customer, a human being in need of a good vehicle. We talked business sure, but I felt very much like they were interested in helping me as a person, and not just selling me a car to pull in a daily quota. And quite honestly, a lifetime engine warranty on my car is unbelievable! I feel fantastic about the investment I made in the car that I purchased from Cassill Motors. I cant express my gratitude enough to Larry Nelson, and Cassill Motors for helping to purchase a great car. I will certainly be sending more business their way, and recommending them to anyone in need of a high quality used car.

I have just purchased my 7th vehicle from Cassill Motors. They sell nothing but top quality used cars and trucks the you can depend on for years of service. Jay Cassill and Spencer Reed are great people not just salesmen. 2 years ago I sent my wife out to pick out a car and they sent her home in a couple different ones for her to drive and decide what best fit. A month ago we went out and sat in a truck and bought it without even driving it on the word of Cassill Motors. I trust these guys and would never buy a car or truck any where else. I have sent several friends and co workers to Cassill and all have returned very happy with their vehicles. If your in the market for a new car or truck I would give Cassill Motors a chance. They will earn your business and treat you like a real person. I truly know I have a friend in the car business with Jay Cassill and Spencer Reed.

I rented a car from Cassill at the last minute for a weekend trip to Minneapolis. With very short notice they had a nice 2012 Ford Taurus . The car was nice and clean. It was obviously a builder (wrecked and rebuilt) as the trunk had to be body slammed to get closed and the rear quarter panels were tweeked. The center console latch was broken. Other than those to very minor issues the car drove and ran perfectly. I was very pleased with the service and will rent from them again. They were a little more expensive than the national chains but instead of messing around with a website I was able to get a car with one call. Good local company. I gave 4 stars because of the minor car defects.

bought a car from here 7 months ago. I absolutely hate this vehicle. I already have to do 1,200 dollars worth of work to the damn car. I dont recommend this place to anyone. I also went in there for a oil change and it took over an hour long to do. I think its ridiculous to buy a car for over 9 grand and within the first year have to put that amount of money into the car!!! I highly recommend going somewhere else to buy a car. They were really hard to negotiate with. Also when I was purchasing my car the finance guy was pretty rude and disrespectful towards me. In my honest opinion also there inventory is pretty well over priced. I believe they ask for to much money for there vehicles.

Larry Nelson was friendly, kind and knowledgeable when Sully and I came to the lot two different times to look at the stock of sport utilities you had on the lot. He not only answered any questions we had, he also was very personable in chatting with us to make us feel at home and happy that I found an Explorer that not only we love, but the kids do also because now we have enough room for everyone to sit in a seat! I will recommend Larry to anyone and everyone I know that is looking for a car....hint...already promoting him to my mother and Aunt! Hopefully he gets a couple more sales!! Greg (the manager), Reggie Morrow & Larry Nelson have all been outstanding to work with. They make you feel comfortable and dont pressure you. They take a no without getting frustrated and do their best to work within your budget. I have now gone to them a couple times within the last year and have referred every person I hear talking about car shopping to them. My dad sold cars for 20 years all around the Des Moines area and none of the places he worked at had a such a relaxing/comfortable environment while providing a relaxed/non pressured sales approach such as Cassill Motors does. Do yourself a favor and just check with Cassill Motors first. You wont regret it.

This is the second car I have ever purchased and I had a fantastic experience buying a car at Cassill Motors. I had loads of questions and am a very picky person, Sonni Thomas was extremely helpful and had no problem answering any questions. They offered me a very reasonable price for my trade in as well. They made sure that the car had the items that were a must for me and made sure it was ready to go when I was ready to pick it up. I also liked that they had a lifetime guarantee on the motor. The overall experience was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Cassill Motors to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I will definitely be back!

Completely dishonest. If they wont admit to their mistakes, what will happen when your engine blows? Will they replace it? I have video evidence of a truck owned by Cassill motors where debris hurtles out and gouges my windscreen. Open and shut case. When I tried to requested that they polish the scratch out of my windscreen, they laughed at me. Now I have to waste my time taking them to small claims. Overpriced cars, your better off buying from a private party and having a mechanic look it over. Im sure they give great customer service so you can forget about how much you are overpaying. A majority of people are car illiterate.
