Had my 07 mkz into replace the windshield, got the car back and noticed that my compass (attached to the rearview mirror) was hanging down. I tried to clip it into place, but the tech that replaced the glass broke it off. I notified the service manager (robert brandon of bismarck abra) immediately, he looked for 1 min and said they would order a new one for me no problem (the tech had tried to stick up the compass with the windshield sealer like black tar). Here i am 2 weeks later with no call back. So i called. Talked to the same person who informs me he doesnt think they vroke it and would like a chance to apply some adhesive to stick it back on! I am very dissapointed with my experience as the job took longer than expected because they couldnt find the glass at first even though the appointment was scheduled a week in advanced....wrong the first time. Not on time....update....had called my salesman i purchased my vehicle from and told him about this problem, he then called and spoke with matt and had everything cleared up for me, i got the new part and installed it myself. I am dissapointed still in the way this was handled by abra, and it saddens me to know the only way i could get them to do the right thing was to constantly complain and call back.

Have taken our vehicle here 3 times. Have had to take it back all 3 times. First time, there was a scuff on the front that had to be buffed out. 2nd time, there was a visible crack in the body panel that was still there after they did their work. 3rd time, they forgot to connect the wiring harness that controls the right side blinker, tail light, and brake light. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they stood by their warranty and fixed their mistakes. I expect vehicles to be done right the first time. They must not inspect their vehicles before they send them back out because these were obvious mistakes. Will never be taking a vehicle here again.

My car took 3-4 weeks to get completely repaired after a raccoon did some major damage. ABRA handled it as professionally as possible, coordinating with my insurance and the car dealer. There was some mechanical things that were causing a 3rd party shop some issues and took much longer than anyone could have anticipated. If I was curious as to the status, I called and they promptly returned my call. They even called out of the blue a few times to update me. The store manager is very personable and particular about the end results. As much as one can, I enjoyed my car repair experience with ABRA.

Workmanship: Good/Decent. I have gone here twice. The issue is that the company never aligns the car pieces that have been in a wreck. They do a half job by replacing the parts and say its good. I ended up having to take my car both times to another shop to get the parts aligned correctly. Customer Sevice: HORRIBLE! I personally have been insulted therefore I will never see the Owner Wayne ever again. The body shop is in the quick fix with high cost biz not the quality body shop biz! I am surprised they are still around from how crappy the job is. Cost: More than the work they provide.

I was referred to Abra by the car dealership I get my vehicle services through. I couldnt have been happier with the experience! Chad was exceptionally pleasant, kept me up to date on the progress, and made sure the insurance and car rental companies coordinated everything for me. Work was completed days sooner than I expected. And my car came home today looking better than it did before we were hit! I will absolutely go back the next time I need work done, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Well done Abra, Bismarck!

I understand that a business cannot be perfect all of the time. I recently had my third experience with Abra repairing a vehicle. Abra in Hiawatha, IA is 3 for 3 in the perfect department. The staff is always friendly, communication and scheduling is always clear, and the work done to my truck was top-notch! Hopefully I wont have need of you in the near future but if I do you will see me again :-)
