In September of 2013 I was driving back to Nashville on I-65 N when a car stalled out in front of me after running over a loose tire. To avert a collision I slammed on the brakes and avoided the stalled car. Unfortunately, my car fish-tailed out of control which took me head first into the stone barricade that sits in the interstate median. The results werent pretty. By the time the tow truck came, Id done as much research on autobody shops as possible but couldnt decide which one would be best. I had just recently had a disappointing experience at Paint & Body Perfectors on Nolensville Road to repair hail damage, so I at least knew they werent on my list. I asked my driver what his thoughts were on the topic and eventually chose to try out Bradshaw Collision Repair (now ABRA Autobody); I was very glad I did! When the tow truck driver dropped me and my car off at ABRA, there was one employee who happened to work late (they closed at 5:30pm but she was still there at 7:30pm!). Even though she was leaving just as I arrived she happily stayed even later to process my paperwork so the repairs could begin as soon as possible. The next day I received a phone call from Darren (spelling?) who would be my point of contact for my car while the repairs were being made. Darren was fantastic! He called me regularly to update me on the progress of the repairs and to answer any questions I might have. At the onset Darren said he was shooting to have my car done in 6 days, but did say that it could be longer depending on when replacement parts arrived. Just because of my previous negative experiences as a customer in this industry, I decided to sand bag his expected finish date by another week to better set my own expectations. All was going according to schedule until day 5 came around, and Darren called to say that there were a few additional parts they needed that they didnt order initially. The new estimated completion was 3 more days (now 9 days total). This news didnt come as too much of a surprise since I made sure to set my expectations for 14 days. The morning of the 3rd day (day 9 in total) I received a call from Darren to let me know the car was completed; they made good on their promise for the extended deadline! When I arrived to pick up my car I couldnt even tell that there had ever been any damages to the car at all. They truly did amazing work! However, when I got in the car to head home, I noticed that they forgot to glue the drivers side control panel back into the door (it was literally just hanging out of the door!). I was dismayed to find such a silly oversight and promptly notified Darren of the issue. I waited 10 minutes or so for a technician to glue the panel back into place. It wasnt a huge inconvenience, but it did make me question the thoroughness of the rest of work when such an obvious mistake had been made. So I gave everything a very thorough inspection and was happy to find that it all appeared in appropriate condition. Its been 2 months since the repairs have been made, and Im pleased to report that my car has not had any negative after effects from taking it to ABRA. I would very much recommend ABRA on Seaboard Lane!

When someone broke into my BRAND NEW Mini Cooper I was heartbroken. It only has 3,500 miles on it, I LOVE it, and someone destroyed it! Oh, and stole my stuff. On Thanksgiving. Right before I had to drive 16 hours back home. I called Mini of Nashville in tears and they referred me to ABRA Auto Body & Glass. From the start, they were friendly and worked to save me money. I was able to get a real BMW window for cheaper than aftermarket and the price is exactly what I expected. 100% Reasonable. When the glass arrived, Shawn H drove 30 minutes out to my house and replaced my window right there in the driveway. He was friendly, polite, professional, and did a fantastic job. He even vacuumed all the broken glass out of the back! No more splinters! YAY! ABRA Auto Body & Glass cant change what happened, but they fixed the damage and did an amazing job. I know its just a piece of glass, but after this terrible week a new window a huge step towards getting back to normal. Thank you. Thank you so much.

In an unnecessary trip to Columbia, I got hit by a rock in the construction zone on 65. The crack in my windshield was about 12"-14" and growing. Called ABRA and set up an appointment for the next day between 10:30-3 at my workplace. The tech called me at 8:15 and said he could come do it now--I, unfortunately, was not available. He said hed text me when he was on his way closer to the original time. He arrived at 11:30 and sent me a text to let me know he had arrived. I met him at the car, opened the car, and then went back up to my office. I got to continue doing the work I needed to get done. He texted me when he was finished, I went down to the car, and paid the $210 for the replacement. He immediately emailed me a copy of the receipt and we were finished. Literally could not have been easier. After the immediate frustration and anger over getting the cracked windshield, Im so glad that I didnt have any frustration or anger with the replacement.

Sadly I have had 3 people wreck me in the past few years. Im accident prone I guess. Each was not a simple accident-there was always some strange thing (gravel shattering windows, drunk driver knocking over poles). ABRA partners with your insurance to give you what you need and to benefit you. They have taken care of m vehicles. Also, it means a lot when my wife goes in and they dont take advantage of her like most shops. They are respectful. Lastly-you can eat off the floor in the shop. They keep it clean in there. No oil stains or cig smoke smell.

Got car back in great and near new condition. Got car back in a timely fashion. Mobile text updates were pleasant. Jeremy was great to have working with me, keeping me posted via phone calls on updates. Loved that the car was washed very well when I got it back. Certainly great service and would recommend ABRA to others. Im glad I chose ABRA over other body shops. A very satisfied customer.

We had a windshield replaced on an older car. They kept us completely up-to-date on progress. Really pleasant to deal with on the phone. Amazing price. Done sooner than I thought it would be.
