If you are looking for a place that will not only treat you with the highest level of professional care and craftsmanship, you have only to look to Pro Auto. I am not kidding when I say that they are a wonderful team of highly skilled workers that will treat you well and make your vehicle looks like it was never injured in an incident with that crazy outlandish chain gang from El Paso... They sincerely take care of you as if you are a dear friend; with a smile and exceptional care, that makes almost glad your 2001 Honda Civic was beaten brutally with a pole by some biker named Lucky after he mistook your compliment of his sleeveless jean jacket as a come-on... Seriously, there is only one option for you if you want to be taken care of right. Pro Auto is that option.

I am from Prim, AR. I was traveling home from Little Rock when my vehicle began to have problems. I called my daughter in Conway to get a quick recommendation from her coworkers as to a place that could call for help. I called Pro Auto with their recommendation. They were friendly and professional on the phone. My SUV made it to their business without having to be towed. They assessed the problem which was the alternator and had me back on the road in less than 45 minutes. I really appreciated the clean business atmosphere. The service man talked by phone with my husband to explain and get clear information. It was a very good experience!

Pro Auto Wrecker grossly overcharged a truck driver when called out via law enforcement rotation (the driver had no choice in the matter). They billed the driver $12,578 to pull his truck out if a ditch. Subsequent investigations uncovered they lied about the number of wreckers and hours on the job. Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board ordered them to reimburse $5,615 as well as a $2,000 fine. Unfortunately no criminal fraud charges appear to be forthcoming. You have been warned.

I have never been treated better as a customer anywhere! They went the extra mile to help me through the demanding process of having my car fixed. They worked with my insurance company, rental car, towing, and gave me $100 off!!!!! Where are you going to get better service than that. If you are in Conway Arkansas and need your car fixed or towed go to PRO AUTO

I have taken them my car twice and both times they have done an excellent job. I am from Texas and needed a body shop in the Conway area I can trust. They are it. Very friendly and very helpful. Also I locked my keys in my car and their wrecker service came out in the middle of the night and saved me. THANKS GUYS!

My antique car broke down in Branson, MO. on a Sunday. Called Pro Auto and spoke to Neil. Called them at 9am and my car was back home in Conway, AR By 5pm thanks to Brandon. Very reasonable towing rates and super fast service. Doesnt get any better than Pro Auto! Thanks guys
