I am from AZ. and I was at a shoping center in Conway. After shopping I went to my Van, got in, looked all around and began to back out very slow.I saw a woman walking behind my Van, like people do when youre backing out of a space, so I stopped. After she passed I started backing out very slow again. I didnt get two feet of the space and---- crunch--- some fellow and I had a little fender bender .My insurance sent me to--- A&J COLLISION REPAIR----. The person who took pictures and estimated the damages said it could be as much as $900.00 depending on wheather there was any structural danage. I was shocked because to the untrained eye, all I saw was a few little scrataches and paint was paint chipped. My insurance Co. was notified, they were OK with the price the price but of course my deductable was $500.00. I took the Van in to the A&J shop. I met the owner, Jody. He took the Van into the shop to look at the damages closer. i was there maybe 45 minutes when Jody came up to me and said the van was ready-----and there would be no charge--- I couldnt believe my ears. Jody said they just buffed the scraches and applied a little paint to the chips. He refused to take any money, at all, for what they had done. So, if you need and work done on your car please do yourself a favor, go to A&J COLLISION REPAIR, IT MIGHT BE FREE BUT REST ASSURED YOU WILL GET THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN ------The work they did was beautiful.

A&J Collision Repair is ran by great people and hard working staff. My husband and I were hit by an uninsured motorist in my Mach 1 mustang. I love my car, and I am very picky about who does work on it. We are still relatively new to Conway, and we asked for recommendations by friends for a great place to go get repairs. Of course, they recommended A&Js and we completely see why! They not only fixed the damages on my car perfectly, repainted as necessary (which matched perfectly), but they cleaned and detailed my car! All of this was done in a timely manner, and they always called to give us updates. They also called to ask us if we would like the light buffed out (as it had been going cloudy for some time.) To us, this speaks of "above and beyond" great customer service. In addition to all of this and the great staff, they offered us three free detailings and t-shirts (which was totally unexpected and I had never received anything similar at other collision repair places). I would tell you about the "gong," but youll have to go there for yourself and experience their great hard work and customer service to find out more about that... :) We definitely dont hope to have another accident in the future, but I feel confident that if the unexpected does happen, I will be taken care of at A&Js.

My experience was the greatest with A &J Collision. Although being involved in a wreck isnt the greatest situation to be in, A & J Collision Center took care of me from the time I brought my car in to have the damage assessed, to the repair. They called and gave me updates on the repair and when it would be finished. Upon picking it up it was detailed very nicely. I did experience an issue with getting a quote from one of the estimaters for a additional paint job for my trunk that had been scratched up when i purchase it, it seems as though that person would forget to call me with the pricing. I do understand that work days can be busy thats the reason i wasnt too upset, just a little dissapointed because I wanted it all done at the same time while i still have a rental. But once the owner found out about the trouble he first apologizes which I admire because in today society when things are done incorrectly an apology seems to never come out right way. He also offered to paint my trunk for free which I was very very suprised but yet thankful for the kind and warm gesture. They dont make home town businesses like this anymore but i can say that I will always remember and cherish my experience with A & J Collision. I would refer them to anyone :-)

This is the 3rd time I have used A&J and the process they have is driven toward the customer. They made it so simple from the time I showed up for an estimate, to the time I dropped off my wife car off to be fixed. I didnt do a insurance claim as the individual who ran into my wife chose to pay rather than go through insurance. They handled all the communication between the responsible party and myself and ensured everything was handled. After our vehicle was completed they noticed an issue and without me coming up there and noticing, they called and said they found an issue they were not satisfied with and it would be handled before I came to take possession of vehicle, and they stood by their word! I would recommend A&J to anyone with the full confidence that your vehicle will come out better than it was before an accident occurred. As a matter of fact I had an accident occur while her car was at A&J, and now it is with A&J for its repair as well. I fully believe they are not only in the repair/body shop business but they are also in the business to make the customers life a lot easier by handling the claim process and anything else that is needed to make the customers life easier. Thanks to the owners and staff for this wonderful experience!

FINALLY----A great experience with car repairs, no wait... this was an AMAZING experience!!! I was involved in a hit and run. When I took my car in to be repaired, I waited for enterprise to pick me up, but when they never showed, one, very thoughtful employee, drove me to enterprise to get my rental car. Not only did they take such good care of me in the beginning, but they took excellent care of me when I returned to pick up my car. When I picked up my car, not only did they fix the damage that I expected them to fix, but they did extra work for free. They detailed my car, gave me a tshirt, (which I will wear quite often so I can tell everyone how great my experience was), gave me a coupon for 3 future car details, and were just amazingly polite and respectful. I wasnt just a young, dumb customer, but a fellow person. I LOOOOVED this experience and am definitely recommending it to all my friends!! Thank you thank you thank!!! My car looks better than it did the day I bought it!!

They told me initially it would be a 12-day repair process and it ended up taking over a month. After adjusting this, they kept saying, "Well for sure have it ready by date X." Even the day before Date X, when they called, they said "It will be ready tomorrow." Well, lo and behold on Date X, they called saying they wouldnt have it ready for several different reasons that could have easily been foreseen and about which I should have been informed. They then said "Well have it ready tomorrow for sure." They did, but they waited all day to call me and confirm, which made it impossible for me to make plans to get my vehicle (hard to coordinate stuff like that when your family is a car short!). The repair status feature on their website was very nice, but they waited forever to begin posting updates. Other than this their service was outstanding and they clearly communicated with me. Just wish their execution was a bit better.
