My experience with Bentonville Auto Body was fantastic! I was in an accident and was needing my car repaired. I got 4 different estimates from local body shops. Not only was his the most competitive priced, but Jason (the owner) was the only one who acted like he really wanted my business. I am a woman and sometimes mechanics try to talk over my head or tell me things that arent really true, but not Jason. He was honest and polite through the entire experience. Not only do they have a lifetime warranty on their repairs, but they detailed the inside of my car. I mean inside and out...even under the hood! It was definitely noticable that they are a small business (rather than a large chain) who strives to fulfill customers with excellent customer service. He dealt with all insurance and car rental issues and really made the who thing easy for me. It is never easy being involved in a car accident, but it was with Jason at Bentonville Auto Body! I wish them the best and will definitely direct all inquiries I get to them! Thank you guys! You are awesome! Most of the time people only write about the bad experiences they have, but I believe you have to give credit to where credit is due and this place deserves it! I strongly urge you to choose this place if youa re in need of any kind of body repair or detail. They really want to satisfy their customers. I am very thankful for them and appreciate their hard work!

Due to our crazy work schedules, it was hard to find an appointment time. I tried to see that as a positive because that should mean they are busy, When I did as instructed by dropping off the car the night before and leaving the keys in the drop box, I was still thinking everything was great. Received a call the next morning stating they would need more time to work on it because one of the guys called in sick. I agreed to leave it another day. He asked for us to come before noon on Saturday to pick up. When we show up, 1. my keys were left in the car unlocked. 2. the car had not been touched. Not clean inside or out. 3. No one was at the at the detailing shop to ask questions. 4. NO one would answer or return my calls. Before I made another trip to come and pick up the car, I would have appreciated a call from the manager stating that is is not ready and when it would be taken care of. I do not write negative posts, but this case deserves to be posted.

Took my camaro here yesterday to get the exterior detailed after following up on a recommendation from a friend and I left impressed with their work. They got my rims to really shine again and got the paint looking as good as the day i purchased the vehicle. Although i would rate their customer service fair, what really impressed me was the extra mile they went on their work...they worked me in the same day, cleaned my engine bay free of charge (normally an additional $15), fixed all the small scratches on my car with a custom paint they blended to match my paint exactly, and they gave me some industrial wheel cleaner and a small vile of spare paint for future scratches all free of charge. They provided all of these add on services for free and simply charged me for the basic exterior detail service. Definitely coming back here again!

Calling this shop " great" would be an understatement. I dropped my Audi off with them and when I got the car back it looked better than new. Not only did I get the car back within a timely manner but They went above and beyond to not only repair the body damage but to detail the inside and outside to a T. The bright " Nogaro" blue paint on My car is pretty difficult to blend in but they managed to do so perfectly. My insurance was giving me a hard time with my claim and the guys at the shop took care of everything for me. I Highly highly recommend them. Theyre 100x better than Browns collision center and Service King who are some of the the other shops in the area. These guys are a smaller shop than the other 2 but their work and attention to detail is unmatched. Will go back to them everytime as long as Im in the NWA area.

Had a crash in my truck. This was my first accident in almost 30 years.. I dont know what to do. An employee said he had taken three of his cars to Jason for repairs. That says a lot to me. This tells me this place can be trusted to do what they say when they say they will do it .. AllState, maybe you should pay attention, hmmm??? Yes, my insurance company dropped the ball a couple of times on my claim.. Jason never missed a beat. My truck was done at his shop, (whole new front grill and bumper) had it over at the mechanics shop for some tranny work and back at his shop before the adjustor even returned his call.. I have already been back to have a busted window replaced and will be going to get my tint freshened up a bit real soon... Jason has earned my business...

Bentonville Auto Body (BAB) did a great job with our vehicle. I brought my vehicle to two larger collision centers, and they quoted me $350 more than BAB. I had told these other two collision centers I was paying cash and not doing an insurance claim. The other two centers wanted to remove more that was really necessary, thus charging me more. Jason looked at my vehicle and prescribed a repair that was more inexpensive, and it turned out great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was difficult to find out if my car is ready. I called that morning, and I had to leave a message. My message was not returned. I had to call later that afternoon, someone answered, and I was told my car is ready.

HUGE thank you to Bentonville Auto Body for doing such a phenomenal job on my vehicle! My insurance was awful to deal with, and when I called Bentonville Auto Body, it was such a breath of fresh air. They towed my vehicle to their shop within the hour to start tearing it down. Everyone I talked to was so nice and helpful through the entire process. They worked with us on the deductible and sent us on our way with a full tank of gas and a clean car. Talk about customer service! We will be referring and using them for any auto body or detail needs in the future! Wonderful company and even better staff! I cant say enough good things about them or the owner!

I just picked my truck up from these guys after leaving it with them for a full detail. My truck was super dirty, and hadnt had a real cleaning in almost a year! I expected it to look better when they were done, but it looked amazing!! Ive been around body shops most of my life, and have spent several years working in them as well. Its not hard to tell the difference in a good shop, and a bad shop. This is definitely one of the good ones! Its a small operation, but you can tell they take pride in what they do. I will definitely be returning to do business with this company.
