Car took 6 weeks. We live almost an hour away and they told us multiple times days it would be done and we would stop in only to find out it was not done on numerous occasions. They charged us for a window that was never fixed. We have to drive out again and retrieve the check for that. They also took a part to the mirror off the inside and said they would repair it. We stopped in the day they told us to, to get it done and they said it would be a few hours. We informed them that we had plans and asked if we could schedule a definate time then. They said no, we will for sure get to it today. They never called............shocker. Another Saturday wasted dealing with their crap! Ugggg...........I dont even want ramble on more, but I could. Lets just say this was one of the WORST (if not the worst) customer service I have had to deal with. Response to Owners response: A few days ago my Husband suggested the idea of going back to your shop and getting another paint job. He then looked @ the google review I posted and agreed with me about the Customer Service part. I find it curious that you did not address the issues I had with your service. The issue was that we set aside about 4-5 xs to come in and pick up the car when you said it was already done and it was not. We would then come in to find out that it was not, in fact done and to come back later in the day and that you would call. You would not call even! We would then be out another Saturday waiting around the area for a call. We live an hour away. Addressing the issue on the parts: My husband actually looked up a great site for you to get the parts and lined up the parts for you! You told us you could not find the parts and he found them for you within a few days. All you had to do was install the locks, window, and do a paint job. You did a great part on that end of it. The vehicle is an 87 cougar. Maybe you are not capable or intimated to work on these vehicles and perhaps should not in the future if that was intimidating to you. What you should not have done is led us on to believe on multiple occasions (after calling in on our own to see how far along you were) to tell us to come in and pick it up!!! I understand parts take a while to come in the mail. They did not take 6 weeks, and it did not take 6 weeks for the car to dry. This was not a case of neglectful work or a matter of not having the correct parts. This was a case of bad customer service and TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION on your shops end. Wow, amazing how you did not choose to address that. 1 more customer totally lost. I would suggest in the future if a customer has a complaint, address that particular complaint. Dont make up other excuses avoiding the actual issue. You took up many hours of our time driving out to Stillwater. We chose your shop because my uncle recommended you and he lives in the area and so does my Mother. Driving out a few times was not a problem. Driving out multiple times being told you were actually done and it was waiting outside was a problem. Your lack of customer service and communication was a problem. We found you the parts! Try again, or maybe in your shops case try harder.

Love this shop for a quite a few reasons, location, flexibility, quality and staff. Most importantly, they arent a national chain, theyre locally owned so upsells and scare tactics arent a "thing" at Stillwater Collision. I had a radiator replaced on a Pathfinder and was staggered at how competitive the pricing was, as I had researched the potential costs online beforehand. When I asked about a "sound" near the belts, they said "sure, we could replace that part but it doesnt need to be replaced unless the light noise really bothers you." Honestly, I cant see myself going anywhere else.

The staff were great to work with and the work was done very well. Having a loaner option was great. They also cleaned the car both inside and out which was a fantastic extra touch. Cant really comment on pricing as that incident was paid through the other persons insurance, however I do very much like that Tony was the only person willing and able to give an on-the-spot rough estimate for some hail damage, that I have yet to get repaired. Everywhere else said theyd have to have the car for a day and get a special person out to get just an estimate.

I had a great experience. I was about to take my car to ABRA, but a friend of mine suggested I try Stillwater Collison. I stopped in one day to get an estimate. I was impressed with Tony and he was easy to talk to. I like the fact I didnt have to dink around with a car rental place because Tony provided me with one. My car was done when promised. They went the extra mile and vacuumed the interior. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work and the customer service. I highly recommend this place.

To start, Im not one to write reviews, but the service at Stillwater Collision was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, and the time in which the repair took was quicker than expected (flange broke on muffler and a sleeve was welded on in place). I ended saving 75% from buying an expensive $430 stock muffler and having to install it myself. Also was given a loaner vehicle to use for the 2 hours that it took. Will definitely come back for future repairs!

Raving fan! Great service, reasonable and well done work. We had two accidents within a week. These accidents involved two different insurance companies. Stillwater Collision took care of both. Fixed our car so it looks brand new, work was done a day early and car was returned cleaner than we brought it in!! Highly recommend.

Tony and his team were very accommodating. I totalled my car and they quickly got it estimated and taken care of with my insurance. They let me use a nice loaner car while I was waiting. I would definitely go back to them again. They were very helpful and nice.

I needed a replacement bumper which they ordered and had painted prior to my arrival so they could finish all of the work in one day. While putting on my bumper, they noticed a few light scratches on the trunk so they filled and polished them. It looks great!

I just had my car fixed after my wife hit a deer then drove thru the woods and hit a tree. I love my car and he did an amazing job. He helped me work with my insurance to make sure everything was done correct. Great service and great results.
