The worst auto body experience I have ever had. Brought my brand new car to Crossroads Collision Center for a minor repair. They had my car for a total of 15 days. First time I got it back the paint was not buffed out - there was dust embedded in the paint throughout the repair and the surface resembled that of an orange peel. Additionally, one of the 4 back nameplates was missing. It looked absolutely terrible! They agreed to rework the job and in so doing scratched an adjacent panel. They agreed to fix the scratches and never did. They then denied that they scratched the car. When I went back a third time to pick up my car after they had reworked it twice there was a rag full of white goop on the roof of the car hanging over the back hatch. The goppy rag pretty well summed up my experience with Crossroads Collision Center: I could not have been more disappointed. A very disheartening experience.

Thanks to the Crossroads Collision and Glass Center, my vehicle was repaired and looks better that it did before the accident! They gave us a free loaner vehicle to use and took care of all the billing with our insurance company making the repair process a truly pleasant experience. My vehicle came back to me clean and detailed. I have talked to many others about the repair Crossroads did on my vehicle and have found that everyone who has used their services in the past have been just as impressed as I am. What a wonderful thing to have a shop who you can TRUST when you need one!

Once for my huge 2007 One Ton Chevy, once with our daily driver, and once with my mothers leased vehicle. Each time the vehicle comes out cleaner and more beautiful than we brought it, and the workmanship is flawless (and guaranteed!!) Love doing business here, Jeff and his crew make it a pleasure to take the wrinkles out of the vehicles, and put them back to better than they were!!! Jeff and Tim at Crossroads do an awesome job at customer service. We have had several vehicles repaired at Crossroads and for how picky I am with my vehicles they always bring them back to the original condition. Re painting a vehicle can always make a guy nervous, but have no worries this shop knows what they are doing. They have great loaner vehicles. So if you live in the Lake Elmo or Woodbury area this is the place to go!

I have brought my vehicle to Crossroads Collision many times. The repairs to my truck were perfect and I couldnt be happier with their level of service and their attention to detail. I also bring my truck to them yearly for detailing, and my 13 year old Toyota looks amazing! My husband is always thrilled when he gets his truck detailed at Crossroads Collision as well. This is one fine business and I highly recommend them.

I am a very safe driver but unfortunately last Saturday my car met with an accident. Since Toyota doesnt have a body shop, I was recommended by my insurance company to go with their "Select Service" providers. What a pleasant customer service experience it has been till now. They were prompt in responding calls and are providing a lonar car free of charge. I will update my experience after repairs as well.

They did an estimate of damage and the insurance co. ended up totalling out the truck. The shop had taken the front end off to look at damage and when we came to pick up the car they didnt even bother to re-attatch thr front end bumper and grill etc.

Ive worked with Crossroads twice now. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, gave me free loaner cars both time, and were friendly, honest, and prompt. On the second job, my bill came in $100 cheaper than the estimate. Exceptional!

They had my Lexus painted and dent repaired, but their paint job was shoddy and so was the dent repair.On calling for lifetime warranty and repair they say it only applies to original owner.... how is paint tied to owner? Not recommended
