Back in late 1997, I was driving a Cavalier and it had tons of miles on the car and I was looking to upgrade so, my dads friend who was a salesman at various Chevy dealerships over the years asked me if I would take a ride out to Prescott, Wis. I said, "Sure" When we arrived at Cernohous Chevrolet, I was very impressed on how the place was clean, the staff were so wonderful when I walked into the place, they greeted me and it felt that I was part of a big family. That day, Ron and I completed the deal of purchasing a Monte Carlo Z34. Since that day in 1997, I have purchased 3 trailblazers, 1 HHR and about year and half ago, I am currently driving a Monte Carlo SS that Rick sold me. To this very day, people ask my why I get my cars at CC and I tell them my experience plus I tell them all the great deals they have plus their award winning Sales Department, their award winning Service Department and the wonderful in house staff. When it comes to getting my car serviced or looking for a new or used vehicle, there is only one place I go: Cernohous Chevrolet!

Cernohous refused to service warranty issued on my Chevy Truck, lied to me several times throughout the process and never followed up on any commitments to return calls to me. They claimed the damage was normal wear and tear and not covered after a 30 second inspection. I disagreed, after which they said it would need to be submitted to Chevy for review. I called the body shop manager and warranty manger several times before finally following up directly with Chevrolet to find out no information had been submitted to Chevy. I ultimately took it to another dealer whom immediately told me it was a warranty issue, would be covered and had is scheduled to be repaired by the end of the week. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason. Their service is beyond poor, the are rude and blatantly lie to customers.

After getting the run-around from a Chevy dealer in the cities, I went and saw Ron at Cernohous. He had the exact truck I wanted at a competetive price. I was able to buy my new Silverado with no pressure and hassle. After the paperwork was done, Alex took me out and showed me how everything worked. He even had already set up Onstar and XM before I got there! With the customer service I received, you can be sure I am a customer for life!

He went above and beyond any Customer Satisfaction criteria there is to assist me, checking other markets and looking to other Dealerships for the exact car I was looking for. Cernohous service department went over and above to fix a transmission issue, working with Buick to honor partial warranty coverage. The initial repair didnt take but they got the car running and charged me nothing, despite my willingness to cover parts. John, and all in the service department, deserve recognition for their efforts.

Everybody was very friendly and professional. The service is fast. You can tell that your vehicle needs are a priority at Cernohous. I did not feel pressured like you do at other dealerships. I would suggest Cernohous Chevrolet to anyone!
