Worst Experience Ive ever had! The fact I was in there for 5 hours and paid almost $200 for a crabby job is ridiculous. When I called I asked the girl if she knew how to do an undercut. Her response was " I do a lot of them" which made me feel comfortable. I showed her the picture I wanted just to double check. Again she said she knew what she was doing. After spending 25 minutes just doing the undercut I had her take a picture. It seriously looked like i had tiger strips in the back of my head. On top of all this I had her do an all over dark color with blonde highlights. It looks I took a box color and did it myself. Random blonde pieces and the ends of my hair are grey. I had color all over my neck, forehead, ears, and face. When I called back the next day to speak to a manager they said she wouldnt be in until Monday. I will never go back to this place.

Went in with my 2 year old son and 5 year old daughter and all three of us got haircuts. Not only were they acomidating and friendly, but the cuts were professional and exactly what we wanted. At one point my son had his pants down walking around with a broom while I was finishing my cut. They were helpful, understanding, and extremely nice. Bit small and tucked away in a mall, but I got my moneys worth for sure. I will definitely go back. Great customer service is all about catering to individual needs and they hit it out of the park. Thanks.

Worked with Nickalas and he was amazing! I have a crazy amount of LONG hair, and he was super patient with the amount of time it took....he was super creative, confident, and an absolute blast to work with. The other young lady whos name I cannot even try to spell was lovely too... A+! Will definitely be going back

I was referred by a friend to this salon. My hair stylist was Alexis and she was wonderful. She took time to make sure I received exactly what I wanted and was very personable! Im going back next week for her to colour my hair. You will enjoy your experience here.

This was the worst experience ever. Was there for 2 1/2 hours and the girl had no clue what she was doing! She kept asking another girl to help her.... she didnt know what to cut and how! I will NEVER got here again.

A bit pricier than other places but they know how to cut hair. If you know how you want it guide them thrue it and theyll do it great.
