Betsy styled my hair for my wedding 6/4/2016. I am NOT a girl who spends time on my hair. I dont know hardly anything about styling or haircuts. I brought in some pictures of up-dos I found on pinterest and the veil I was going to be wearing, for a practice hair trial. Betsy gave me her advise and then did 3-4 quick samples of hairstyles. She took pictures on my phone of what they would like so that I could better decide. This was extremely helpful! One style stood out above the others and it made my decision ridiculously easy. The salon itself, also nothing but praises here. Everyone was professional and easy to get along with. The decor, variety of services, equipment, employee oufits, down to the small details like the infused water and glasses for you as you wait- all extremely impressive. The customer service went above and beyond! From my last minute bridesmaid deciding to have her hair done. To my indecisiveness on whether to do makeup or body scrub. They were extremely patient and kind towards me and did what they could to work it all in. I could not be happier!!

Having a 100% different experience than the previous review... I doubt that the review is genuine. The receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming. I was never offered a drink by the stylist or the receptionist, this is just a common courtesy that ever salon I have ever been to does. The stylist was o.k. The haircut and color was not great but not horrible. The atmosphere at the salon is uncomfortable, so much that when my appointment ended earlier than I had expected, instead of waiting inside I choose to stand outside for 35 minutes in front of a business next door... I would normally drive myself but it was my daughter birthday and she took me as after we were planning on shopping. My suggestion is choose another salon.

Today I called to make an appointment at Hair Envy, the receptionist was pleasant and did her best to accommodate me. Upon my arrival, she offered to take my coat and offered me something to drink. The salon has a pleasant atmosphere that is warm and inviting. My hair designer was friendly and energetic. Shela listened to my requests, took time to look at my old cut, and gave me her professional opinion about a look that she thought would be good for me. She was confident in her cutting, technique,styling and made me feel comfortable. The style she gave me was fantastic! Great experience for the price point. I have paid twice the price at juut Salon in Wayzata and this was just as good if not better.

I absolutely love this Salon. Not only did my stylist do a cut and foil in under 2 hours it looked great and when they wash your hair you get a head and neck massage that is fantastic with a heated towel wrap. I will definitely continue to go to this salon. I have been multiple times, have used a few different stylists because my schedule is crazy and I usually make appointments last minute, they have always been fun and professional. I would recommend to anyone!

My stylist (Betsy) was wonderful. She knew exactly how to cut my thick wavy hair. From the beverages, scalp massage, wash and conditioning to the cut and style, the experience was very relaxing and the result was perfect. I highly recommend this salon.
