I have went here for years now. This Sunday I went and got a lady that could not speak good English who I am not sure how she passed a board exam to even pick up a pair of scissors or clippers. She tied my hair up into a bun out of the way. We discussed how I wanted it cut. She started cutting the sides and run the clipper into the bun. Panic and left the clipper running as she tried to untangle the guard. Then she finally turned off the clipper and said it did not get into the hair. Just the guard. She looked around panic stricken and made sure no one else saw what she did. She then tried to turn her body to hide it was stuck in my hair. After minutes of this she took the guard off of the clipper. Then kept messing around trying to get it unstuck. After several minutes she managed to untangle it with several strands of hair that she tried to hide from me. I actually thought I just got all of my hair cut off due to negligence. I will not be going back.

Great place to get a affordable high quality hair cut. And no this place isnt owned by walmart, people! A guy in front of me tried to check out his spray paint here. This is a company independent from walmart so is the nail Solon and any other business in the front of walmart stores.

I walked in prepared, showed the stylist a picture , and ask if she could do this hair cut , her response was , I CAN DO THIS HAIR CUT , when she was done, it looked nothing , I REPEAT , nothing like the haircut , I wanted.... BEYOND, furious. I called the complaint line.
