I took my four year old daughter to this Supercuts. When the woman working said she was ready for my daughter, my daughter got in the chair and the woman began ripping through my daughters hair. I asked the lady to "Please be more gentle." With the next pass my daughter started screaming with heavy tears. My husband grabbed my daughter from the chair and said we are going somewhere else. The woman put down her brushes and without a word walks back to the cash register. She did not apologize, if fact she did not say a word to my daughter the entire time we were there. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to get my daughter calmed back down. Do not go here, anyone who would reduce a four year old to tears without an apology does not deserve your business.

I will never return to this salon. Worst haircut I have ever received. If you gave scissors to a 2 year old they could follow instructions better and give a much more desirable hair cut. The atmosphere was terrible and the workers belittled every request making you feel like a peasant. If it were possible to give negative quantities of stars that would be the rating for this atrocious salon.

I went to Corey for a fade and ended up leaving with chunks of bangs still sticking out while others were cut back to my hairline, this is ridiculous at the amount of errors from a store that wasnt busy at all. I have hair sticking up in the back that wasnt propcut and the haircut wasnt even, Im never going back to this place.

ive always had excellent service here. If Ive had to wait, its been my fault for not calling ahead, or checking in advance to see how busy they were. All the techs have been friendly and polite, very helpful with hair questions.. Lisa Jones. PS, yes, Id recommend them!
