Number one the pictures on their website are just random construction pictures. None of them are pictures of jobs they have done nor are any of the people in those pictures employees of Nelsen construction. They do poor work. They use cheap material and water down painting products. They dont treat employees fairly nor do they pay them properly. I worked 11 weeks for these monsters. They never gave me any promised bonuses and they had me doing things on the job I couldnt tell the home owners we were doing. They never paid time and half for overtime work. In those 11 weeks they walked off 3 jobs. This is not a company I would recommend for doing work or getting a job

My first experience with Nelson Painting certainly won’t be my last! I hired them to paint my newly built home. From estimate to cleanup, they were very responsive and professional. Not only did they demonstrate keen attention to details but also showed extra care for my needs and specifications. In addition, they have the most affordable services compared to other companies in the area. Most importantly, my house now has added appeal inside and out. I have to say that they have both quality and price advantages.

Wanted to give a shout out to Dave and his team at Nelsen Painting & Restoration. We started with pickled oak stained kitchen cabinets that were in good shape, just had that pink-ish cast from the 1990s. They did an awesome job refinishing these using a multi-step gel stain and glazing process to give them a whole new look. I continue to get "WOW" reactions from people who see them for the first time. They turned out beautiful. Dave and his crew are honest, hard workers and were always on time. Thank You!!

Painting was left unfinished because of the unprofessional behavior of his staff and himself. I had to prepare legal action to get him to replace things broken by his employees. Ultimately, I would not want this company working anywhere near my business or home. David is utterly unprofessional and his staff are worse.
