When I walked in, the salon was empty. After 5:30 pm, when most people get off work and get a cut. Literally there was one stylist and one receptionist. Not one customer came in or called the whole time I was there. That was my first sign. I got the worst haircut Ive ever had. I showed the girl a picture and she still screwed it up. She basically just cut a few inches off the length straight across. No skill involved, and it still looks horrible. I asked her to fix a few things and she didnt seem to understand what I was asking. I was supposed to get a cut, dry, and style, but she didnt even fully dry my hair! So my hair was jagged blunt cut (opposite of what I asked for), and the front was smooth and the back was wavy because it was still wet. How is that a style?? I wanted the ends to be cut so they lay inward and she cut/styled it so it flipped out. Then, the girl that cut my hair checked me out! That made it EXTREMELY awkward since she had to ask me how much I wanted to tip her. There was another person there, no excuse to make the stylist ring me out. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Honestly, I think I could have let my husband whack at my hair with some gardening shears and it would look better. I cannot believe I paid $50 to look bushwacked. I am going to pay full price for another haircut at a different salon to get this one fixed because I will NEVER step foot in Salon Teased ever again.

Literally the worst hair cut I have had. I saw Taryn (sp?) for a standard mens haircut. I explained to her how I wanted my hair cut and what I got resulted in a week of being teased at work by customers and coworkers about my terrible haircut. About halfway through the haircut she said something to the effect of "uh oh", at that point I knew it was not going to be good. I ended up going to a regular (cheap) barber a week later who did a great job in fixing my haircut. The barber commented on how uneven my hair had been cut by Taryn and that it looked like she had started my haircut and then just quit about halfway through. The barber who charged HALF of what Salon Teased charges ($20+) spent more time on my hair and made sure that I got the haircut I wanted. I will never return to salon teased. First there is the upsell of trying to sell you a shampoo (even though I had just showered and washed my hair), followed by a bad hair cut, followed by the rinse, then comes the ridiculous vibrator massage thing. She seemed pained to do the massage thing (which I didnt want in the first place). Perhaps another stylist there would do a better job, but I will not be going back to find out.

Found this place online. It was the only salon from the ones I called that was open and had someone available for color service today.. And Im so happy I found them and came in. I colored my hair for the first time ever. I had Molly M. who was amazing, super sweet, and friendly. I always make the effort to write reviews especially when Ive had great service. I really rely on reviews to get an idea of how a place might be... Honestly, I was highly satisfied at this salon and I am so happy THEY GIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT.. A lot of places dont and places that did arent doing it anymore... So thank you guys! Everyone there was very nice and helpful! I have dark brown hair and asked for highlights to enhance my natural hair color. Molly did balayage for me and it resulted in beautiful sun-kissed highlights which is exactly what I wanted. I love it. Molly did an amazing job!! She explained everything to me and even curled my hair at the end which was a nice surprise ☺ Ill be coming again in the future and already recommended a friend. When I left I actually left my sunglasses behind and they called me right after and I got them back lol Thank you guys again!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. NEVER go here to get any kind of wax. I went to try out their new sugaring technique and it was the worst experience Ive ever had. While the girl was waxing me I flinched and she said "what are you one of those girls who cant rip off her own band aids?" I was furious. She did a terrible job the first time and then tried to charge me $65 for the worst wax job ever. When I insisted she try again, the owner was rude and said that I dont know my own body should look like after a wax and she does. I made the girl try again and she took out all her anger on me. I was bruised black and blue for the next week. I repeat NEVER go here for any kind of wax unless you want bruises, a half way done job and to waste $65.

My Daughter went to this place, spent her own hard earned money. She went in to get the new grey look only to come out with blonde hair. She tried to be nice and call to go back in so that they could fix their wrong doing. The out come, they want her to pay them more to fix what they were to do in the first place....What ever happen to fixing what was wrong.. I have a right as a parent to take them to small claims court just to make a point. Still thinking about it!!!

I called at 2:00 hoping for a late color appointment the same day because I was driving into town and had to leave the next for a class reunion. Not only did they fit me in, but while I was there I was able to get my nails done and my brows waxed! The results were amazing! My stylist Cami was great! She listened to what I wanted, and gave valuable input and totally delivered above and beyond my expectations! I have find my new local one stop salon!

Love this place! I recently moved to Wichita and was really nervous about finding a great place for highlights and a cut, Ive had some bad experiences in the past and Im pretty particular about my hair. Nikki C. does a great job, the color and cut is beautiful and shes also super friendly to chat with. Place is super clean and trendy, definitely recommend it :)

Got a good haircut here. Place is clean. Seems professional, but not uninviting like the uber-pro salons. Sushi next door and a bunch of restaurants, and boutiques around it, and bars down the street. Make an afternoon of it.
